Nature Love Salon

Nature Love Salon is my favorite nail salon, period. They always do a fantastic, detailed job on my nails, whether I'm getting a classic (standard) mani/pedi or added services. Some things that make Nature Love unique:

- VERY sanitary. Pedicures are done in individual bowls with a plastic liner - the jacuzzi jets in standard nail salons often harbor bacteria

- classic (standard) pedicure comes with a choice of lotion (that they make in-house) AND salt or sugar scrub

- great choice of non-toxic nail polishes

The only place I enjoy having my nails done and I've had them done from NYC to Dublin to LA. This place is the best. I drive a significant distance to get here and it is absolutely worth it.

What is so great: the vibes, the atmosphere, the quiet nature-focused ambiance. The shop looks so nice and I love the attention to detail they've done to make everything look so relaxing and calm. It's also one of the cleanest nail salons I've ever been to. They clearly take great pride in their space and their work.

The ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were so kind to me and made me feel valued. We chatted about weddings and various things. The chairs are comfortable and I appreciate the lemons and rose petals in the water. I also seriously love that they don't just drill the paint off your nails like most places. They take the time to actually properly remove paint so that it's healthy for the nails. This is a huge reason I trust them and will always come here.

There is also a fantastic variety of options as far as color and style.

It's always such a relaxing and luxurious experience at Nature Love. They're always very attentive and well staffed. The room is large and dimly lit with massage chairs lining the walls. There are no manicure stations. All of the services are done with the client sitting in the massage chairs.

It is usual very peaceful and relaxing here. The staff is nice and they are skilled. The pedicure set up is different than a lot of nail places. They bring the tub of hot water out to you instead of there being a little foot sink.

They have a few different packages going all the way up to paraffin wax and extra foot/leg massage. My husband and I went all out before our wedding and tried that. It was expensive, so it isn't something I would do every time. The basic and signature are both very nice pedicures as well.

They have a reward system if you become a regular, or even if you aren't, you still get a discount for your birthday month. They are a bit on the pricey side, but it is a very nice experience.

Made a Thursday evening appointment for a Gel ManiPedi as a treat for myself. I am nearing a busy weekend so I thought this would be a great way to unwind and relax while getting pampered!

Ryan was the technician for my Gel Manicure. He provided the best service I could ask for at a nail salon - attentive, caring, and engaging! His expertise in nail designing really shows as he's had 8+ years of exp!

Both technicians were prompt and also thorough in nail cleaning, filing, cuticle cutting and polishing.

Layered with the calming ambiance, you get an experience that will make you want to go back.

I came here with my friend and her daughter. It was our girls get together/outing. My friend picked his place, because she wanted something environmentally friendly and natural. This was our first time trying it.

Parking can be challenging. There wasn't much on the streets that Saturday, but we did find something a little further down the street.

The place looked clean and organized. The staff was very friendly.
We checked in and looked at the color samples to choose colors for our manicure and pedicure. We chose to do the gel colors, cause the polish last for two weeks.

The manicurist did a pretty good job. They had two people working at the same time. One was doing my nails and another doing my pedicure. I prefer to them one after another. I felt like they were rushing to get us out. I couldn't really relax with two people working on my hands and feet. The only other thing was negative about my service was when they were cleaning up/ cut my cuticles, they cut a little too deep. Hurt a little.

So clean! They are so friendly and do a great job. Really relaxing experience! Can't wait to go back.

I do not like to write a negative reviews, but felt I needed to give others a heads up.

My daugther came into town from SF for a girls weekend (I live in El Dorado Hills) to celebrate her birthday. She found Nature Love and made an appointment for a manicure with nail art. I have a local place in EDH where I get my acrylic nails done, so I got a pedicure.

I have to say this place is VERY EXPENSIVE and they do not do acylic nails. With tip I paid $186!!

We were not told until we checked out that the ombre nail art was an extra $30. I pay $45 for an acrylic fill and if I want nail art it is an additional $5 to $10, not $30. Especially not for ombre.

We were there on a Sunday and by Sunday night, 2 fingers on right hand chipped. We called Monday to complain and she went back on Wednseday where they redid one nail and they filed the top coat on the rest and added to them. The gentleman who did her nails, seemed irrated to be pulled from a paying client to have to fix her nails.

By the next day, Thursday, two nails on left hand lifted, by Friday, those 2 chipped. We called a again to ask for a refund. They offered for her to come in to fix them, but my daughter had already returned to SF and could not go back in. On thursday, they said the manger would call her as the person she spoke to was not authorized to offer a refund. She never received a call back, so she called again the next day. This time she was asked for her email and was told the manager/owner would email her bu the next day. Because we did not hear back, I called today to speak to the manager. I was told they weren't in and I would have to email to ask for a refund and wait for a response. I told them, that was ridiculous and that they should be contacting me. So they asked for my email and said I should receive a response.

The person I spoke to offered me a free service. I told her I have acrylic nails, which they don't do, and that I have a very good nail place locally that I go to. Not to mention, I would not be returning to an establishment that was so expensive and where there polish doesn't stay on for even 24 hours.

I would not return to this place.

If I do not hear back, I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Came to town for a friend's wedding, and she chose Nature Love for her bridal mani-pedi. Both of us needed a de-stressor- she from wedding planning and me from cross-country travel - and boy did we get it.

I just stopped talking at one point because Michael's leg massage and toe popping put me in such a blissed-out state. (What a sweet man. And listen- his massage is *strong* and thorough- the way I like it-- so be sure that's what you want if you ask for him!) And he was meticulous with my nails, even suggesting a different base coat color to make the sparkly color I chose "more rich," he said. So thoughtful. He really went above and beyond.

Everyone working there was super friendly, nice, and helpful to us and each other. Super positive vibes. Soooo wish I lived closer to this salon- would definitely be a regular!

One of the Best nail salons in Sacramento! I will never get a pedicure anywhere else. Their cleanliness goes unmatched and the vibe they create is relaxing, clean - it feels like an oasis. I always love how they shape my nails, and their lotions and scrubs are so delicious on the skin! Take all my money!
