We had extensive flood damage and Noam was super helpful and patient when dealing with the insurance company (they didn't make it easy...) Once the project started it moved quickly and they did a great job! When there were issues and corrections that needed to be made, they did it free of charge, and even helped reassemble our furniture!

I have known Neno for over 15 years. He did a beautiful job enclosing my master bedroom balcony. I've had other jobs for him over the years, including putting my linen closet back together after a water leak from the unit above. I too have recommended NB Builders to friends, and all have been pleased with his work, which is outstanding. Neno is as honest as the day is long. He's meticulous; a perfectionist to fault, who never cuts corners. I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone else. In fact, I just asked him if he would re-tile my entryway. I trust Neno's work. Unfortunately I didn't know him at the time the original floor was being laid, otherwise the job would have been his. I'm now having to replace this floor, because the previous installer, a sub-contractor, chose to cut corners.

Neno completely renovated my 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium in less than 2 months and within budget. I have worked with numerous contractors in the past and found Neno's professional, resourceful and patient demeanor unbelievably unique. He guided me in selecting all the materials needed for the renovation in a timely fashion. This included, but was not limited to, gutting out the bathrooms, removing and refinishing kitchen cabinetry, modification of a walk-in closet, removal and replacement of flooring throughout the whole unit, installation of light fixtures, electrical modification as needed and painting the entire unit. The condo was completely transformed into a more modern home that listed on the market and sold within 7 days.

Neno has done two of our bathroom remodels, and our family room/kitchen tile flooring, and our living room fireplace. He is a perfectionist and his work is fantastic.
