New America Construction

We used New America Construction 4 years ago to re-do our siding, windows and I have to say Bruce & his team, did a fantastic job!

Fast forward, 4 years and in between I have reached out to Bruce and him and his team are always super helpful!

Bruce is going to help us get a piece of siding on our home fixed for an area we did some work on! I cannot say enough about them. Affordable, reliable and even if he had to come back out to fix something, he did it and made sure it got done!

Bruce is a great guy to work with, he's honest and he's up front. Quality comes first and then the rest. They take pride in their work, and it shows.

These are not clock-punchers. These are men whose primary goal is to perform stellar workmanship and ensure the customers satisfaction and happiness. So happy, that at least one customer takes the time to praise their work

Their project manager, Amanda was attentive and prompt in troubleshooting and solving any minor issue. Yes...minor. Do not think there will not be a rainy day that will hamper or delay completion. Acts of God happen. But, New America Construction stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park.

When the siding job was complete I stood in front of the house with one of the Artisan Workers who was grinning. I said to him "You're proud of this, huh?". Said he, "Yeah, I am. It never gets old"

Bruce is a genuinely nice guy and straight shooter clearly putting his customer's interest over making a few extra dollars. His team was professional and cleaning up every day after their work.I had structural siding put on my home and I also asked for an extra 1 1/2 inch of rockwool to be put underneath the siding to bolster the insulation value. Other contractors asked for 40% extra for the job just for this add-on. Bruce worked out the calculations for me on project labor cost and material cost and provided a total that was reasonable and understandable and only a fractions of what the others asked for.I really like the fact he'll crunch the numbers for work and can explain where the cost is coming from.My wife and I were very happy about their work and the way our home looks now. I'm planning to use him to re-do our roof next.

My fiancé and I purchased our home using a loan that allows for extra funds to be borrowed for renovations. Bruce worked with us during that process and filled out all the paperwork that the bank required. Bruce replaced our roof, replaced our asbestos siding, rebuilt two soffits, removed a stair case, and removed a door. He and his team performed all this work in the middle of winter. There were some delays due to snow, which was to be expected. At the end our house looked beautiful, and our roof was no longer leaking. Bruce greatly exceeded our expectations. We had multiple neighbors stop by and tell us how nice our house looked and ask for Bruce's information.

Recently we had a contractor remove some trees, and in the process they put two holes in our siding. It's been nearly a year and a half since we originally had the siding replaced. We called Bruce, and he replaced the damaged pieces for free. When we decide to replace our windows we will absolutely be calling Bruce. He does amazing work at an extremely reasonable price.

Strong winds during a recent storm ripped off some siding from my house. New America Construction not only did the repair at half the price I was quoted by another company, but also did the repair shortly after my initial contact with them. They did a great job and It was a pleasure working with them. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Bruce and his team exceeded our expectations. They started the work promptly at the scheduled date, and work consistently, throughout the day, with a team. Many contractors split their teams, work two jobs in parallel, etc, but Bruce did not do that. They worked clean, and did not leave debris like nails, pieces of concrete, etc litter the place.
Best of all they stayed within their estimate and finished on time.
I recommend them strongly.

Amazing job for a very reasonable price. All the workers were extremely skilled and courteous. Bruce helped us through everything and helped us out every strep of the way. We Will Be using them for all future projects!!

Bruce walked us through all our options and found us a beautiful style. Then he scheduled the work sooner than expected, finished it faster than expected, and came by personally to put the finishing touches on our brand-new-looking home. Don't bother calling anyone else.
