      I ordered a vanity on November 3rd. I have not heard from them in almost a month as to when or IF it will be delivered. I have tried the chat function, and calling a couple of different numbers they have listed - as well as emailing them. No one communicates with me in return. Feel like I have been scammed.

      This is my experience: I placed an order in mid October 2023, after I spoke with a human on the phone mid September 2023. After that most all communication was over email. This company took my order via email and I received a confirmation email my order was being processed ... but there has been no response from the company since. All of the social media links have not been updated since 2021. The one physical store is closed since the pandemic. It seems to me this company once could have been legit, but now it seems to be a shell website ... collecting dollars. I hope I am wrong, but it has been 2 months now with no communication from them. In asking for updates on my order, the original email address that I always communicated with is now returning "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to sale@newbathroomstyle.com. Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently." Phones calls are not answered and there is no way to leave a message other than through the chat function on the website. But the chat function only accumulates your contact information. I have had no response after asking for an order update via chat. If I have any further updates, I will update this post. Be warned.

      Large selection very helpful prices are reasonable. Staff wearing masks and are very friendly. Highly recommend for bathroom remodeling.

      I was a little hesitant at first about coming to this place because there were no reviews on yelp and their hours of operation was just not convenient on my schedule. Decided to come take a look anyway because it is in my neighborhood and just because i'm really curious what they had to offer.

      Me and my wife were looking for a sink vanity to match our newly renovated bathroom and was hoping to find something here because we were running out of time. They did have a good selection of sink vanities and prices were reasonable. The guy showed us a couple of sink vanity that matched our size requirement and gave us a good deal on one of them. Decided to make the purchase because the sink vanity we picked was made of good quality material and the price was not too outrageous.

      Overall, this was a good store in terms of selection of sink vanity. Had a lot displayed in the showroom. Prices were reasonable.

      I went to the store looking for a vanity for a new bathroom a few weeks ago, Sergey (I guess this is this name) the owner was initially friendly, but since I didn't make any purchase right away, he ignored me half of the time. Two weeks later I made a purchase in the store. I called multiple times regarding the delivery time frame on the promised delivery date, Sergey was either rude or impatient. On delivery day, he forgot to deliver the faucet and drain. He apologized and said he would come back to deliver them to me, but I waited for an hour and he did not show up, so I called and he said I needed to go to the showroom to pick them up myself. After I picked them up and got home, I found the faucet I ordered (Chrome) did not match the box -- the box said Brushed Nickel, and a different model number than the one I ordered, so I went back to the showroom and asked what happened, Sergey kept saying it was all new but could not find another box with all parts inside, instead he just gave me back the same parts in another box that said the correct color and model number. The funny thing was: I was afraid I would get a used faucet so I asked to change my Chrome faucet to Brushed Nickel color, he said he didn't have it in stock. But when I asked him to get me another box of Chrome faucet, he went around in the showroom to look for one, and he FOUND a Brushed Nickel faucet in one of the vanities on display. In the end, I ended up with same parts in a box that matches the parts. Bottom line: I ordered a new faucet, why couldn't I get the right box from the beginning?!

      The story goes on: my plumber tried to install the vanity and found the hot/cold water lines were not high enough so they might need to break the back panel of the vanity to fit the pipes. I called the store to see if I can exchange to a different one with restocking fee. Sergey stared to yell at me saying:" you came into the store 10 times, I talked to you for more than 1 hour and half, what do you want..." while he was yelling, another guy on the phone took over the conversation, I said:"I understand there is no exchange as the store policy, but I have a problem with installing the vanity, so just want to see if I exchange the vanity with restocking fee. You made your profit, I paid, I don't want to get into argument with you..." (Just what is wrong with you!!!) In the end, they did not offer help, but gave me a contractor's number. I called the contractor Dmitry just out of curiosity, he charged $200 to install it. (What the hell!) Didn't I say I had a plumber??

      The whole experience is so unpleasant. I should have ordered the vanity from somewhere else. I chose this store because it was local. But advice to the store: treat your customer with respect. I paid $800 to get a vanity, not attitude and yelling. I will NEVER shop here again and will tell my experience in all social media and everyone I know.

      Came across the NBS website looking for a new vanity but I like to see items before I buy them, so eventually made a trip to their store... Wow this place has a lot to choose from! There are a number of European designs, which I have not seen anywhere else, at least not in this price range. The guy at the store spent a lot of time answering my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. They also had items on discount, which I guess makes the drive worthwhile. I'll definitely be coming back here for a purchase.

      I see that many people here have an issue with the owner attitude. I say, we all have a bad day, and it matters how others around us respond to us as well. Sergey, appeared to be frustrated and disheveled the first time we met him. There was a family with children who were running around the store while the parents were giving Sergey a hard time. He has a lot of expensive merchandise in the store, and it may not be a good idea bringing little children to places like this. We left, because we felt like we weren't getting the answers we needed. But, after looking around other stores in Brooklyn and Queens, his store seemed like the most reasonable price for European vanity. I finally decided to come back. On a second visit, he was able to give us more attention. We did not purchase the vanity originally, and we visited about the store 3 times before we decided on the vanity we wanted. He even persuaded me not to get a certain mirror due to it's quality. We bought a sink, a vanity cabinet and a mirror from him. After my bathroom was remodeled, the contractors put up the mirror, and they threw away the box. A few days later, they realized that the lights around the mirror did not work, and that the wiring was faulty. Sergey, contacted the factory who did not want to take the mirror back due to a missing box. He gave us a floor sample of his mirror. We enjoyed his service, and after schlepping around Brooklyn and looking for room and bathroom doors, we ended up purchasing doors for our bathroom and rooms from him, and door handles. We even referred some friends to his store, because his door prices are a bargain.

      First time we came, google said they were closing in 2 hours. The door said they were closing in 1 hour, and the guy closed his doors on us and said sorry, I'm closing early today.

      Next time we called ahead and the guy said he was closing in 2 hours. (Even though google said they should have been open another 3-4. ) We came, he was with another customer, so we walked around the showroom to wait while he freed up. He didn't even bother saying he'll be right with us and showed us no attention, even when the other customers weren't asking questions. He just stood around and waited for them. Fine, not a huge deal. We waited patiently (over 30 minutes) for him to free up, and he answered the few questions we had. (1 star for the 10ish minutes he spent on us). We were a bit put off by he high prices, and decided we needed to do some research before ordering from him, thanked him for the information and left.

      We did our research and decided to order one of the pieces he showed us. Came back to place the order and the door was blocked by boxes. We were with a stroller and our sleeping baby. I came in, and saw boxes blocking the door. Asked if they're open since the store was empty and door was blocked. Same man (I'm assuming the owner) said yes. And stared at me. I proceeded to move the boxes (which were unassembled vanities, by the writing on them) by the door out of the way so the stroller can fit without knocking into anything. The owner was there with two other workers and no one moved an inch to help. My husband came in with the stroller and we very carefully maneuvered through the showroom. I went to the front to ask the guy to place the order for us but he snapped at me and in a very nasty tone said he needs a few minutes. I said no problem and walked to my husband and baby at the back of the showroom. We were standing around talking, waiting for the owner/salesman to free up when one of his other worker buddies came up to us and told us to be careful with the stroller not to ruin anything in the showroom. I looked at him confused, since we were very obviously maneuvering carefully through their displays, and said we are being careful and asked if we had touched something. His response.. "Oh. Ok." And he walked away.

      Your store is completely empty. You have a customer with questions. I think you should drop what you're doing and attend to them. Last I checked, that's how you make money. From walk ins placing orders and becoming customers. Not from standing in your showroom looking busy.
      Additionally, you shouldn't roll your eyes, pretend to be super busy, or show disgust that costumer bring their children. Are you assuming I can't afford your merchandise? 1- that's not an attitude you should have about your patrons. I'm here, the internet exists, so I obviously knew what I'm walking into. 2- you must recognize our faces. It's our third time here in two weeks. If we're back again, we must be interested in something, no?

      As for not welcoming parents with strollers.. you have got to be kidding me. I'm not welcome here with my child? Why? Are you an adults only establishment? Am I harming business with my baby? Getting in anyone's way? Bumping into your displays? I don't understand why my stroller and child are an issue.

      There are so many bathroom stores in Brooklyn that there's no excuse for poor customer service. I came in to order a $1600 vanity + sink + medicine cabinet from you, but because of your rudeness I will take my hard earned $2000 + elsewhere.
