Jess the stylist and nail tech is hands down amazing. I've been going to Nina michelle for years and I recommend them any chance I get to family and friends. Quality is always extremely high. No corners are cut. It always leaves me feeling like money well spent.

I love Dina! I don't have demand a lot, but she does a great job and is very friendly!

After waiting 2weeks for the CONFIRMED appointment, I arrived 5 minutes early. The receptionist then advised me that JF (stylist with whom I had the appt) was too busy to cut my hair so they assigned me to someone else. I asked why they didn't call and tell me that before I drove there. No response.
No apologY, nothing. VERY unprofessional. Avoid this salon.
I had been a regular customer for over a year.

Amazing staff, chic salon!! Mary gives a head massage before she shampoos your hair. I love feeling totally cared for & pampered!!

I'm new to Ohio and needed an excellent hair salon I came across the reviews on yelp and they were not wrong about this place! I called this morning they got me in within a few hours and did a fantastic job! I will make sure I only use this hair salon! Jessica C is amazing !!! She treated me so well , was nice and listened to everything I said to make sure my hair turned out perfect!

I was looking for a salon and found Nina Michelle on google. I went to see the salon prior to making an appointment. It is a beautiful salon and everyone was really nice. I talked to someone and explained what I wanted with my hair. I wanted to get the warmth/brassiness out of my hair by either going dark brown if needed or somehow keeping the brown shadow root/blonde combo with less warmth. I was set my up with a stylist for the next day.

Upon arrival, I discussed what I wanted with my stylist. I showed her two photos of the color ideas for reference. She told me that she could fix the blonde and my roots to get rid of the warmth. She didn't want to do the all over dark brown because of the fading. I told her I didn't care if it was blonde or brown but I didn't want warmth. When she was done, she straightened my hair and it was a lot of blonde (up to my root) but at least it looked like the warmth was gone. I paid $230 plus tip and left. It was dark out.

The next day I pulled my hair up and the underneath was blended medium brown and blonde and had a lot of warmth/brassiness. I called in and made an appointment for two days later to get it fixed. It was not even close to what I wanted.

I went in and explained what was going on and even showed a comparison of the picture of what it was supposed to look like (definition of color) compared to what my hair was in all different lightening. She looked perplexed but said she would add more brown. She came back and showed me pictures of someone else's hair in different lightening showing the different shades. I told her that I took my pictures inside my house, outside, in my vehicle, and in my office and they all had warmth underneath. She added more brown. I asked during the add if she covered the back underneath which was the worse and she said yes. She finished my hair and it was better but still not right. It still had warmth. She didn't make the back underneath all brown.

Later that evening I bought more (professional) hair color and my mom and I fixed my hair. Now. it's perfect and almost matches the picture exactly.

I'm pretty disappointed that I paid as much as I did but had to fix my hair at home because my stylist couldn't remove the warmth and give my hair the definition I wanted. I know pictures have filters and different lightening and I was not expecting it to match perfect. However, it wasn't even close to what I asked.. no warmth.

Good haircut but front desk staff is disorganized and unbusinesslike. They prioritze incoming phone calls over someone standing in front of them for 10 minutes leaning on a cane. I waited 20 minutes for an appointment I'd made a month prior, and then they said it would be another 10 minutes or I could come back later. Apparently a customer requested additional services that she didn't schedule in advance. If you can give the better part of your day over to getting a trim for $68, then go for it.

I went to this Salon for the first time today to get my eyebrows waxed and Kelly was the one who did it. I have had my eyebrows waxed and colored for over 15 years, and was totally shocked to her lack of knowledge on waxing!! She first started by rubbing my eyebrows with a damp towel she said she was trying to wipe off any powder color that she thought I had. After several minutes she than asked me are your eyebrows tattooed? Why, that was relevant to just having my eyebrows waxed I have no idea!!!! She said, "OH, I didn't know they was tattooed."
(She was trying hard to rub off the color) After that she put on the wax and took off layers of my skin, put nothing on them for healing, and used a dry towel and rubbed over and over the open skin!!!!!!! This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever experienced!!!! NEVER, has this happened to me in all my 15 years of waxing!!!!! If you are going to this salon for the first time, Make sure Kelly isn't the one performing any of your services. SHE WAS HORRIBLE!! My eyelids are bleeding, and burning!!!!!!!

I have been here twice, and two of the women in my family have gone here for years. Every visit is a pleasant experience. Kelly took her time, got an idea and a few pictures of the cut and color I wanted, and used her knowledge and skills to personalize it for me. i feel great about my hair, and im more confident thanks to her! thank you!

I have been going to Nina Michelle for 12 years now and I see Leah. She's the best hairstylist I've been to and I am a very picky person- especially because I have natural curly hair!! She really knows how to pick colors and style my hair. I won't go to anyone else!
