This place is very beautiful. I got help with any and every question that I had! Very nice and helpful staff. Will be returning for another facial with Alelhi!

I purchased 40 units of xeomin, a Botox alternative, via Groupon and I scheduled my appointment on January 5th. At my appointment, there was a miscommunication between the doctor and I about how much was going to be used. Since I had purchased 40 units, I assumed he said "Let's start with 15." But turns out he said 50. He had a slight accent, so I'll take that as my fault for not confirming. But it just seemed obvious that he would have said 15, since I had only purchased 40 units. This misunderstanding cost me an extra $100 upon completion. Something I was not expecting. Anyway, moving on. I have never used xeomin, I've only ever used Botox, but it was explained to me that they are very nearly the same product. Botox lasts roughly 3 months, sometimes longer. It's been just over a month, today is February 9th, and the xeomin is already wearing off. Needless to say, I am less than impressed. By both nirvana and the product they are selling. I will not be returning to this establishment. I don't know if it's the product, if they just don't know how to inject it, or if they dilute it; whichever it is, I am not a satisfied customer.

Had a Groupon for Dysport, made the appointment, and was seen in a few days. My technicians name was Annie and she was great! Made me feel at ease and has years of experience. Will definitely be back!

I've seen Kristen twice for body sculpting (cavitation) and I'm LOVING the results already! Kristen is very nice and takes her time doing a VERY good job. The facility is clean and very nice and professional. I'm excited to try more services in the future

This spa is like none I've seen in Central Arkansas. I went in to get a facial and found out I could get Laser hair removal, botox, and prp microneedling all at one place. They are even offering stem cell therapy for medical conditions. Check out Dr. Hashmi and his staff at Nirvana.

I visited Nirvana Day Spa bc I purchased a Groupon they were offering for Dysport. Before I purchased my Groupon, I had been researching, asking friends their suggestions , and visiting others spas , centers and plastic surgeons in Little Rock that not only do injections but offered other skin , face and body treatments . I finally found the best place in Little Rock !!! I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Nirvana ! I absolutely love this place , especially Ann Pockrus ! She is the best ! She spent so much time with me , listening to my concerns about my skin and going over with me the different treatments they offer at Nirvana . She was so informative and just precious ! She introduced me to Dr. Salmon and Dr. Abeer Hashmi. They were so friendly and down to earth . (Which usually isn't the case when you are speaking with some drs.) . Actually all the staff that I met were super nice .
Oh another reason I think Nirvana is the best place for your skin care needs and other services is after speaking with Ann , I decided to try the xeomin instead of the dysport for my crows feet . I had it done a week ago. Well I called her bc I felt Like I still had a lot of movement . Ann told me to come in and she put a little more in .... free of charge !!! They know people spend a lot of money on "looking your best " and they want you to be happy with yourself and the way you look. They stand behind their products. Thanks Ann for your patience !!! (Ha ! ) And making me feel better about myself ! Looking forward to coming back to try the other services they offer here !!

I have only taken advantage of one service at Nirvana, and that is nail services. Their nail tech, Susan Graham, is the best! I have been a client of hers for 15 + years, and the spa is lucky to have her on board.
While I have not yet had a massage there, the massage therapist, Kelly, is awesome, too. I have been to her at another salon.
I highly recommend both of these services!

I will admit I was skeptical. The place is located in the exact location of a day spa that had a very bad reputation. And, the Groupon I bought was for a massage, mani, & pedi. But these services weren't list on their website. But they did have a YouTube video. After watching the video I decided why not. Kelly & Bella took very good care of me. Kelly, my massage therapist, made it so my shoulder worked again. And Bella taught me what to look for in a nail tech. I'll definitely be back.
