I am absolutely in love with this supper club! My husband and I stopped in while walking the dogs. They said they don't typically do outdoor service during the week but made an accommodation for us. They brought water for the dog, set up a nice table for us, and were very attentive. I believe it was the owner who was serving and cooking. My husband asked about the skin on the perch, he's very picky about it, and the owner happily removed the skin for him. Another thing they would not typically do!
My husband loved his perch and I thought the breaded cod was excellent. I don't typically like breaded cod, I prefer a batter, but this was deep-fried perfection. They have a lot of different specials during the week which I won't post because I'm not sure if they've changed at all. Drinks were excellent, plenty on tap, the typical supper club vibe on the interior. I highly recommend a stop!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tom R.Columbia, MO15145Apr 12, 2024
No No's Supper Club- no no no never again. We attempted to go to No No's for Friday fish fry. We arrived at 7:50 and we promptly stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes. No one in front of us and plenty of open tables. Finally around 8:00 we were told that they were not seating any more tables. When we inquired why we were told they were "out of fish", including; salads, coleslaw, cucumber salad, etc. They list about 8-10 different fish types on the menu. And they were "out of all". How can you call yourself a supper club and be completely out of all the fish on the menu for Friday fish fry. And they certainly didn't appear to be particularly busy with the number of open tables. The service or lack of service just compounded the bad experience. No No we will not return. No No we will not recommend

Stiff drinks, but food is overall lacking in a big way. Calling fried chicken too greasy would be like saying water is wet or lava is hot. I get it. Still though, there's a level to which the grease becomes excessive and it's covering parts of your plate like a maple glaze. Oof.
The beef tips were pretty tasteless, gravy was missing something.
Corn was... corn. I mean. Yeah. It's corn.
Mashed potatoes were fine, probably the best part of the meal. And when the potatoes are the best part, while it might be enough to please an old North Irishman, I'm certainly not impressed.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 3 - Paul L.Green Bay, WI01961Aug 5, 2023
We met the owner, Chef Kevin, and he gave us some great history of his business. He was behind the bar this evening so he had a little time to talk. The place was super clean and decorated with an up north feel with the animal mounts and pictures.
I had the chicken cordon bleu with fries and the delicious homemade stuffed pepper soup. It was just the right portion for me and was perfectly cooked. My wife had the poor man's lobster with a salad and the German potato salad. She said it was all wonderful.
The service was great and the grasshoppers afterwards did not disappoint. We will definitely be back when we are back in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - M. E.Fond du Lac, WI032Mar 8, 2024
Met some friends here for a Saturday night dinner. None of us had ever been here before. A small, quaint, old school kind of place and we loved it immediately. Started off with a few cocktails and the owner/chef Kevin came out and chatted with us for a bit. He explained about his from scratch cooking, and the butchering he does in house. When we were ready, Kelly seated us and took care of us. Service was fantastic! Everyone loved their food - our table had the prime rib, ribeye, pork cutlet and a fish. The entrees came with a soup or salad, and a side/potato. I can say the cheesy au gratin were very yummy. It reminded us of dining in a friend's home, not a big fancy restaurant. We felt like regulars even tho it was our first time. No complaints from us. Ended the night with a grasshopper/cocktails and a lot of laughs with our friends.

What a great place. Everything was fantastic. We had friends, recommend it, and we were blown away by the great preparation and cooking of the items we got. My wife's got the cordon blue, which is from scratch, and I got the roasted chicken and ribs. The bread is to die for, it is almost like a doughnut, meats the best baguette. Chef Kevin is the owner and knows how to cook!

The potato salad is very good and so is the cucumbers. But the breaded cod was dried out, my friend picked the inside and left most of fish on plate. My grandson had the combo fish plate. Like the cod it was dried out, the french fries were ok.
I had the poor mens lobster. Nothing like it used to be before. Small dried out little pieces, the best was the butter .
the Brandy Alexander we had at the bar was delicious.
What happened to this place? Did they changed the cook? It used to be the best place, but now?
We won't be back. So sorry for the owners, or did the owners change?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 16, 2021
I stopped at Nono's for their Tuesday night all you can eat fish because I love fish frys (especially all you can eat) and having one on a Tuesday is unique. I'm not adventurous enough to try smelt, so I went with just the deep fried basa and fries for the side.
Yes, technically basa is one name the fish can go by, but it's more common name that people might recognize is swai. Had I know that before I stopped, I would have passed. Compared to the couple of other times in my life I've had swai it wasn't bad per say, but it's no where near the quality of cod, haddock, or even pollock. I feel it's a little deceptive going by a name that isn't common just to make it sound fancier than it is and/or to trick unsuspecting customers into ordering it. The all you can eat is $16 and not worth that price by a long shot for such low quality fish.
On the plus side, the fries were battered and nice and crispy.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - Laura B.Jacksonville, FL098Jun 10, 2023
Absolutely awesome food and even better service. We have two small dogs that travel with us. They set up a table outside for us and made it an amazing dinner experience for us. We can't thank them enough! Even my leftovers the next day were perfect!
Thank you for being so wonderful!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
