Nor'east Cleaners

They've ruined too many items for my family. They didn't deliver on time the Tux jacket for my son even though they said they would. I had to buy another suit for him which obviously they didn't pay for it. It's waste of time to talk to the owners. They wouldn't admit and kept making stories. It was like talking to a wall.

The Gloucester location has excellent customer service. It was a pleasurable experience speaking with the woman at the front desk. I definitely recommend Nor'east for all of your laundry needs.

I left 2 pair of pants to be hemmed they charged me $54.00 pretty steep never will go back!!!!!!!! Would have been better off buying new pants!

So now that summer clothes need to come out of storage I had 1 top altered and another top taking the elastic off the bottom of the top. Pair of jeans replace the zipper. NOW alterations are a 10 process I went and got my stuff on the day and time they were due. THE jeans and 1 top were done no complaints. Although the other top wasn't finished. They asked if I could come back later they were open till 6 and I said if you need another day I'll come tomorrow which I was fine with. So I called the next day to get the top picked up and they said that it's not done so it'll be Mon. And I'm like WHAT why. Well the seamstress isn't here today and tomorrow Sunday and they are closed. So other than waiting on another day I haven't had any inconsistencies and Nor'-east Cleaners seems to be up to the standards.

I was really pleased with Nor'East Cleaners. Fast delivery, clothes treated with kindness and care, and great prices. I'm a happy new customer. They keep me up to date on when their driver is coming by and they are very responsive to my needs. I think this is a great service and something that will take one more headache out of your life. Use them!

I always bring my patients clothing (I'm a home health aide) here. The staff is amazing, super nice, helpful, efficient. There is just one thing that concerns me and that is heat stroke. It is very hot in there and I know that every worker must be running around. There needs to be AC or something because just standing in there for 10 mins I was ready to chug 6 gallons of water and flipflop around in the floor like a fish out of water. Other than that, the place is amazing just might need AC in the summers for the safety of all.

Nor'east cleaners is by far the best dry cleaning service I've ever experienced! As soon as I walked into the East Gloucester location I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning sir, how may I help you." The store is very clean and welcoming and my clothes were ready to be picked up in a very timely manner. Since then I have downloaded their app and it makes it so easy to schedule their pickup and delivery service. The best part, the service was FREE! Their app also had exclusive coupons that helped out a lot with their already reasonable prices. I only wish that I could give more than a 5-star rating!

I haven't found a better dry cleaner. Period.

The way in which they process the clothing -- clean, professional looking hangers, NO STAPLES OR SAFETY PINS through the clothes, consistent...You pay more but man oh man, come to Boston. I'd pay through the nose to get a dry cleaner as good as Nor'east.

I loved the delivery service when I was living full time on Cape Ann. There was an instance where they damaged a shirt and no fuss, they immediately compensated me for it.

My clothes were clean, available on time, the staff is friendly -- Nor'east is ideal for a professional who has a lot of dry cleaning and they want their clothes done right.

Nor'east Cleaners is a great organization with wonderful results and outstanding service. They are attentive, care for your belongings, offer competent tailoring and alterations and repairs. We use the pickup service. The drivers are friendly and helpful. We are so glad we found this company and have been using them for years. I'd never switch. We recommend them any chance we get.

Great dry cleaner. They had a driver pick up and deliver my clothes on the day and time they promised. My suits are immaculate and my blouses are perfectly cleaned and pressed. I was using a different cleaners, but their cleaning service has been less than acceptable for some time. I only continued with them because they offer pick up and delivery.
