Tim arrived same day for an estimate, we agreed on a price and he scheduled the crew, it all went smoothly. The crew was fast and efficient, and even worked on an extremely cold day. The job looks great, the gutters are perfect. I'd recommend North Lake.

They did a free evaluation on my roof and siding, and were thorough in explaining what needed to be done and even offered to work with my insurance company to make sure the work I needed done would be covered! North Lake took the time to walk me through the entire process and handled everything directly with my insurance company to get me the best roof possible and to get everything approved. I felt like I fully understood the process and the timeline, and best of all there were no "surprises" during the process. Things happened exactly as they said they would.
Everyone that I worked with and talked to at North Lake throughout the process of getting a new roof was completely professional and courteous. They always followed up promptly for all of my questions. They explained their contract, their process and the process with the insurance company very thoroughly.
