Northampton Dental - Dentist Tomball

We had such a great experience! The whole team was patient, informative and knowledgeable. They were so attentive with my 2yo and autie 6yo and sensitive to their needs. We're customers for life!

Got scheduled an exam and cleaning for $110. After getting the exam they said they won't do the cleaning because I "needed a $900 deep cleaning" even though I don't have any major problems with my teeth or gums. So they ended up charging me $85 for the exam with no cleaning. They are all salesmen there. Kept trying to pitch a ton of different services.
So in short, I went there for a cleaning and ended up paying $85 for an exam that I didn't even want and still didn't even get my teeth cleaned.

The administrative office was highly disorganized.
My email went unanswered.
My partner went in for a routine cleaning and was told that he would need $7,000 worth of dental work. They attempted to pressure him into starting the treatment process immediately, despite my partner's repeated declaration that his insurance information was incorrect.
The dentist was wearing a visibly dirty mask.

Dr. Kamaya and his staff are great! I have dental anxiety so bad it's embarrassing. He takes his time to make sure I'm comfortable and dies little things to ensure my comfort. I mentioned I had a sensitive tooth before he checked my gums, the used numbing cream to make sure I was comfortable. They also have tablets in the waiting room for the kids, my son loves it. Oh, I also love that he puts images of your teeth on the TV so you can see the areas needing treatment. Happy my neighbor recommended this dentist to me. *note: it's listed as a pediatric dentist, but it's a family dentist*

Amazing office and dentist! I came in with a toothache and they were able to take care of me immediately. It was very comfortable and the staff made sure I was doing okay. The office is modern and high tech. They really put in the thought and effort to make sure patients are comfortable, like the TV on the ceiling, the blankets and the headphones to watch movies with. Will be returning for other dental work soon and will be referring my family and friends to this dental office.

This is a beautiful office with the nicest staff ever. Dr. Kamaya took his time letting me know how healthy my teeth/mouth were and the staff were very gentle. They took their time in helping me understand my insurance and what I would pay. Even with a high fear of going to the dentist I left looking forward to returning. Go figure! Definitely a 5-star.
