My master bathroom had a leaky toilet. Called Northern Plumbing and they did an awesome job. Now it's as good as new! I spent about $250

My parents had an upstairs toilet leaking into the ceiling below. After asking questions and listening attentively to our observations, Ryan was able to quickly and expertly determine the most likely cause. He was very clear in his communication about the cost and the work that needed to be done. Ryan went to work straight away and completed the fix in a timely manner, and thoroughly tested the toilet to ensure the job was done. We appreciated Ryan's professionalism, expertise, and patience, and we will definitely be calling Northern Plumbing LLC for future fixes and projects. Thank you!

Scott and his entire team are awesome. Not only did they fix my plumbing issues but he was very helpful with finding someone for other home repairs. He did a couple of small jobs for me and then I had him replace all of the old "poly" pipes in my house. He walked me through the entire process, provided a fair price and completed the project on time! I have called Scott a few times for things that aren't really plumbing issues, he is very patient and always helps find a resolution. It has taken many years of bad experiences with other companies for me to truly appreciate Scott and his crew. They are definitely the only plumbing company I will use going forward. I've used Northern Plumbing in my home for toilet and leak repairs and a water pressure valve install. I've also used them in a rental property with numerous failing old fixtures and pipes. They are always available quickly, incredibly friendly and responsive, and always get the job done right.

Scott is a magician. Or maybe a superhero in disguise? We had an issue with sewage backing up in our yard, we had gone through multiple plumbers who snaked it and left (which didn't work), and he was the only one who could accurately diagnose and fix the problem. It was super expensive, but given the scope of the issue, I was mostly glad it wasn't worse.

I have used them on many occasions, for my own home and rental properties. They are fairly priced and always available within a few days. I always recommend them!

I've owned my home for almost 30 years and have used my share of plumber companies for all sorts of issues. I'm extremely impressed with everyone who works at Northern Plumbing. Charles is exceptionally talented and goes the extra mile. Marilyn is so helpful every time I call on the phone to set up an appointment. I've had toilet flaps replaced to eliminate ghost flushing, I've had toilet valves replaced, I've had brand new toilets installed, I've had faucets replaced, I've had bathtub spouts replaced. Each visit has been handled professionally and the prices have been extremely reasonable for the service provided. Northern Plumbing is the best plumbing service around. We were thrilled to find them several years ago, after trying several other popular local plumbers who failed to provide the level of quality, service, reasonable pricing and overall honesty and professionalism that we needed and wanted. Scott and the awesome assistants on his small but mighty plumbing team were the first to provide all of those valuable things and more, and they have done so consistently ever since. They are also incredibly nice and easy to work with, no matter how big or small the job is at hand. Most importantly, their work is always done perfectly and completed on time, and pricing is very reasonable--and explained in very helpful detail, which makes a big difference if you're like me and actually prefer to know about all that stuff and understand everything that's being done. If you have other questions or want more information about anything, you're in luck, because Scott is fun to talk to and seems genuinely happy to answer questions, address concerns, plan for future projects or anything else in this regard. He is also extremely responsive and prompt to all service requests, and he personally answers all calls at any time of day--or night. (Example: I called and left a message at 4:30am after a dishwasher flooding emergency last fall. Scott called back at 5:03am and apologized for the "delay" in response. He then listened patiently to my tale of woe, calmly talked me through the problem and explained what he would do to fix it, then scheduled an appointment for 8am. He and his assistants had everything fixed by 9am. All for less than the price of a diagnostic visit from others we've tried in the past. True story.)

Extraordinary service and availability! Good pricing and value.
We are relatively new to the area. On several occasions, we've called upon Northern Plumbing to install handicapped toilet, repair kitchen leaks, a running toilet, etc. Northern Plumbing was always available, and provided a layman's explanation of required repairs. The costs of repairs have always been reasonable.
Yesterday, Antonio came to repair our continuously running, noisy toilet. He diagnosed the problem, had the needed part in his truck, and made the repair all within 45 minutes. He was
professional, polite, and friendly. (He even wore shoe covers to protect our floors. )
We've owned 11 houses over the course of our 40 year marriage. I can confidently say that Northern Plumbing tops our list of preferred contractors.

Had an excellent experience with Ryan at Northern. I had gathered a number of quotes for a large sink project in my new kitchen. Northern was the most competitive quote, and every touch point I had with the business was delightful. I also immediately referred some local family who had an emergency need, and they were quite pleased with their work as well.
