Sarah is amazing! I had been struggling with a lot of fatigue and GI issues over a year postpartum. She gave me a plan that was easy to follow and constant guidance along the way. Sarah is Awesome!! I had extreme digestive issues for several years and was looking to holistic approach.
A little bit about me I was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2005, and I've had digestive issues for as long as I can remember. It didn't matter what I ate I would have a leaky gut and acidic bristols. Everywhere I went the 1st thing I scoped out was where is the restroom. Of course, my gastrologist wanted to put me on Humira. For me that wasn't an option, I knew there had to be a better way to fix my gut.
Started working with Sarah in July, went through the MRT and stool testing. To my surprise I was sensitive to almost everything I was eating daily, no wonder I felt so bad. My body was fighting against itself, I was bloated and miserable. My emotions were all over the place, my gut took over my life and felt like it crippled me.
Sarah set-up a meal plan outlining all the items I could and should eat for the next 90 days. And to my surprise within 2 weeks I was feeling so much better. I knew if I stayed on protocol, at the end of my 90 days I would feel amazing. That's exactly what happened, I can't believe I lived with the gut issues for so long.
Without Sarah support and guidance thru my healthy journey I would still be miserable.
