O P Nails

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They made us wait 1 hour from the time of our appointment until they finally even TOUCHED our nails. They are rude, do not listen and do not accommodate you. When we asked why it was taking so long they did not apologize, compensate or explain they just pretended like they didn't hear us or knew what we were telling them. Pathetic.

Going to this place it really depends on who you go to for the experience. I have been going here for a few months now and have gone to a couple different nail techs. I love Lynn and I think her name is Leana, but man the other girl I went to did a horrible job. So if you go, get an appointment with either one of those girls. Otherwise you will not be happy.

So I'm going to have to go with a big old "Never again" on this one. Which is sad, as there's not a lot of places in the area to get your nails done without driving an hour to the mall....

We had an appointment for 6 of us in the bridal party on Friday afternoon at 1:30 2 were just getting pedi's one was mani only and the other 3 of us were both. We understood we probably wouldn't all go at the same time, but maybe 2 and 2 and 2 would be great. Needless to say, at 4pm 3 of us still hadn't been started, and we had rehearsal starting at 6. Once the bride told them what was up and that we had been there for over 3 hours, they hastily made up for their lost time....

The kicker? No one was charged the same price at all!!! In fact none of the prices even matched their advertised board price!! Unfortunately since we were all pressed for time, none of us knew of the price gauging (in my case I was charged for almost the same as the brides shellacked nails and all i got was a simple color on the pedi!)

If you have an afternoon to kill and some money to burn this place might just be alright for you. I mean the finished product wasn't bad, and it did look nice (as long as you weren't the last girl in the group to go) but the service and the attitude and the fact that even making appointments for 6 people that didn't seem to matter, will make me never come back again... I guess I'll be driving to another town to get them done.

3 stars for my manicure and 2 stars for my pedicure.

I got a pedicure and natural nail manicure (both french) that costs me total $57. My nails are so so. But she did them so fast that you can see bubbles in the white polish on the end of my nail.

My manicure (done by a male. not sure he was as experienced.) The whites on the end of my toenails are completly messed up. They are not clean lines and he had to redo my big toe 3 times which took a long time. He also just buffed the bottom of my foot, he didn't scrape it for lack a of a better word to get the dead skin off.
I have had my nails done and they've looked better for the same prices.

I would reccomend either getting a tech that is skilled and do not go for a walk in appointment. Or go to a smaller nail place thats locally owned and support them, as they will be a little cheaper and so far do the same job.

Just left there with the worst pedicure I've ever gotten !! So highly disappointed ! The lady forgot to do over half of what she was suppose to do, never even lotioned my feet . After a long winter I was so looking forward to having this done and and am just so upset over the results !! I would not recommend this place . It's worth the drive, go somewhere else .!!!!
