Odyssey Pedispa

I have been going here for a little while and let me tell you this is one of the best spas I've ever been to. They are so amazingly gentle at what the do 10/10 definitely recommend choosing them.

Called 20min in advance, walked in, got my nails done right away. Fastest mani I have ever had! I was in and out in less than 30min. Not sure of his name, but the guy I had was great. Got dip and they did a gel top coat. $40 before tip! Will definitely be going back!

I love this nail salon. They are scrupulously clean and I have never gotten a fungus from them. They are up on the latest trends and beautiful work.

Literally injured me. I have a cut on my index finger from the electric nail drill. The nail technician was extremely rough with me for the entire experience. When I called them to tell them of this, they basically didn't give a shit and didn't believe me that I was cut. It was a horrifying experience, so bad that it made me write this review ( something I have never done for any other establishment ever ).

I hate to do this, I really do, but I've had two of the worst manicures and pedicures here. I just got this done, and it's pretty embarrassing. I've had great manicures here as well, but I just can't roll the dice anymore. It's a bummer to pay for a service when the provider really doesn't care to try.

This place is great. Staff is very friendly and being covid safe! Love this place and will continue to be a customer!

My daughter and I visited on Sunday. I went back to fix at least the thumb, even though my manicure, done by the owner Steven, was terrible. I was very polite about it, but he immediately said it was my fault because I moved. He was so quick to jump on me that I think this is his usual position. Anyway, there weren't any other customers when I first went in, but Steven waited until there were some and then proceeded to admonish me in front of them. He gouged my cuticles even more than he originally did, scraped off some of the polish from one of my other nails and polished the new nail with the WRONG POLISH! I should get my money back, but I'd have to walk back into their place and I will NEVER grace their doorway again. YOU ARE WARNED.

Kieth is so wonderful and knowledgeable! He's always taken care of me and i will always see him! Such a good job with Pedis and Gel Mani!

I also brought my wedding party here and they did a fantastic job with scheduling and the day of!

Not sure why this place has a low rating because they do a great job. The dip is the best in Knoxville & also pretty cheap. Go to Mimi

Local family owned and run. Sweetest people too!
I've had horrible nails forever and they never "nail shame" me...no matter how many times I return with picked-at polish, etc. Their work ethic is insane. Some of my favorite things about this place:

SUPER clean
Friendly- know you by name
Don't feel like I'm constantly being "up-sold"
Always have the newest nail tech (dip powder is THE BEST!!)
Attend to diabetic nails with genuine care, safety, and concern
Quality of work
Speed of work (spa-like if you'd prefer or fast if you need it...just tell them ahead of time and they're awesome at getting you out the door...I've done this to them 2x on my way to catch a flight)
Wine!
