OHM THAI MASSAGE

Booking: I booked the aromatherapy Thai massage through ClassPass for 1:30pm the next day (automatic booking meaning I didn't talk to anyone). I received an email at 1pm the day of informing me my booking has been changed to 2pm. I didn't see the email until I was in the lobby but luckily I brought my book and read it. The front desk employee was very attentive and gave me some fragrant hot tea to drink.

Experience: 5/5, I didn't feel rushed at all and Noah was attentive, asking for pressure & location preferences. A wide variety of messages from traditional kneading to Thai foot massage utilizing body weight, to stretching, hot towel scrub, and aromatherapy. The massage beds are high quality and I felt I was able to breathe easily even when face down, more so than any other massage bed I've used.

Overall I recommend Ohm Thai massage for anyone looking for a rejuvenating mid-price range ($110/hr) massage. I see myself coming back again in the future :)

This review will be short and to the point. I've gone for 2 massages, both have been absolutely amazing. This location is hard to find as it's behind SFtberapy collective but with appointments readily available, makes it all the more a hidden gem! The only disadvantage is the gym upstairs with people dropping weights, but the massage is so good that I didn't even care.

I booked a 60 minute Thai massage with Rainy through ClassPass. It was such a relaxing experience that exceeded my expectations!

Upon entering, I waited on a bench for a few minutes as the appointments before me wrapped up. When it was my turn, I was led into a small room that was dimly lit. There were a couple of rooms which were all separated by curtains, so you could hear the other appointments. There was nice ocean wave music and a really calming ambience overall.

Rainy did an amazing job and focused on my problem areas. She even spent longer than an hour which was so nice. At the end, she gave me a cup of tea as I relaxed outside. I'd highly recommend this relaxing experience!

I've read that ClassPass isn't advantageous for the business, so I'd opt to book through the website directly instead in the future to support the business.

Had my first Thai Massage, and I was helped by Lee J. I liked the service and friendliness in which I was greeted and helped.

Lee J was amazing! I came in with an aching, stiff, not very flexible body due to very long driving distances on road trips, that even my efforts of stretching every day plus multiple times during the day while driving, my body was just not having it. Lee's magic hands helped my body feel more at ease, relaxed, and I even recovered some of my flexibility back after releasing the tension in my muscles. I'll definitely go back and book time with him again!

I highly recommend Ohm Thai if you are looking for a good quality massage. I've been to a variety of fancy spa locations and although the amenities in those locations can be really nice, I've often come out of those massages feeling like I needed more. However, at Ohm Thai, I have never walked out unhappy (and I have now gone between 5-10 times).

My back is always tight and I'm picky about needing good pressure to really get out my knots in my neck/shoulder. I've been to three different masseurs here and all of them know what they are doing! They truly loosen up my neck and upper back, without me having to direct them where my pain/tightness is. They just seem to get right at it! Also, so easy to book last minute!

I wasn't too sure what to expect out of a Thai massage, the only time I had gotten one was in Thailand (which was somewhat like a rag doll experience, but it felt good?)

Anyways Alex was great! The massage consisted a lot of slow stretching of the muscles. This is a funny comparison, but I felt like a tube of toothpaste. Alex made sure to ask where he wanted me to focus on, at the time I just said general body and then if he feels any tension.

I love that I was offered tea at the beginning and end of the session. That really set the mood and helped me relax.

In comparison to a swedish massage, I believe that I like those better, But as a whole this was a good massage in a different format!

Holy moly if you're thinking about getting a massage go here! I've been going here consistently since May and I've been super happy with the quality of massages I've received!

I've tried a couple different therapist out including Nes, Noah, Rainy, Vanessa and Kevin. I honestly can say I would trust anyone at Ohm to do a great job considering I've had such a positive experience with every therapist I've tried.

Nes and Kevin are personally my favorites.

I've been getting massages every two weeks for the last seven years due to a permanent injury and Ohm has been top notch! I love that they really focus in on my problem area.

I got my massage with Noah and he set me right! I have had some issues with my left shoulder and without me mentioning it, he knew and put a lot of work on it. The pressure was firm (as I requested) and after a while he checked with me to see if I needed any modification.

It's a very unassuming massage place inside this building around Castro on market and I walked right past it trying to find it but I will be back when I need some tough loving! Thank you Noah!

I also grabbed a Twix on my way out :) As I said they take care of their customers :D

Booked on ClassPass to use my credits and give them a try. Booked with Noah and it went really well. My last SF Thai massage was painful, weird and exposing. Today's experience was so great I didn't want it to end. I would definitely be back. Thank you OHM!

Booked for a 60-minute traditional Thai massage/Thai aromatherapy massage several times now - been with both Alex and Vanessa! Thai massage is definitely different in that it requires gentle pressure and lots of stretching to relax the whole body. The space is very clean, calming, and both Alex & Vanessa were so kind and accomodating from the moment I stepped into the room.

I was always asked what areas of my body needed more focus - it's always my back. I've been dealing with some pain in my back/spine for a week or so now and let me tell you... spending time with Alex the other day relieved all the tension in my body. He knows what he's doing! Also, the smell of essential oils is extremely relaxing.

They are both so incredibly talented and can always pinpoint the source of tension on my body. You should definitely be vocal about how much pressure you want because it can be really painful (but in a good way) if certain areas are tight. I felt so SORE after Vanessa did some work on my back... I definitely NEEDED that massage fasho.

They have many different massage options/styles available - deep tissue, swedish, thai foot reflexology, office syndrome.. etc.

Booking is available online! They're a little difficult to reach over the phone (probably because they're in the middle of a session) but they do respond to texts! Always feeling blissful grabbing the free lil chocolate on the way out :)

Would come back again and again!
