Old School Burgers

I got a bacon bleu burger and the cheddar ranch fries. The food was made in a food "bus", which looked cool from the outside. The burger was a smash burger with bacon, blue cheese, and lettuce. A little small but plenty of flavor! The fries were small shoe string fries topped with nacho cheese, bacon bits, and a spicy ranch. Fries were pretty good. Staff was nice. I would definitely check out this food bus!

Old School Burgers was highly recommended as a lunch stop on our drive home from Smith Mountain Lake (about two hours away) and we are so glad we did! Served from a bus (right outside of a little country store which was nice to stop in)- burgers were perfection - seasoned nicely and nice char. I did a build your own 1/4 pound (options for 1/3 and 1/2 too); there's several cheese to chooses from, sauces (ketchup, house, A1, etc) and lots of toppings (my favorite was the fresh jalapeño). One of the better burgers we've had!

We also ordered the Parmesan garlic fries. The fries were thin, hot and tasty although not very garlicky or cheese flavored.

Service was super friendly too. We will certainly stop again on our next drive to SML.

Great pit stop right off I-81 Black bean burger was awesome. Cool little spot right next to a farmers market!

I got a 1/4 jalapeño bacon burger substitute tomato for onion. If you live in the area or are passing by, save some time reading this review and get a burger. This was the best burger I've had in a while! All the condiments tasted fresh. The jalapeños and onions were juicy and bursting with flavor, nice and spicy. The house sauce served as a cheese substitute and it was almost like Queso. The burger was seasoned well. I spent $9.51. They accept Apple Pay. There was at least 6 people in front of me and I ordered and was gone in under 10 minutes. I will definitely stop by again next time In passing.

Delicious burgers from a food truck outside of one of my favorite country stores in the Shenandoah Valley. They have nice outside seating and an outdoor fireplace. A beautiful covered patio and a huge selection of wine and beer. When we go to Rockies antique mall for jewelry, we always stop here for a burger. Their fries are amazing they're thin and for about two dollars you get a big old bag I would say they're almost better than McDonald's!

Old School is great! Love flying here for lunch sometimes. The food is great and the scenery is spectacular!

Had a burger at the Food Truck Festival last weekend fir the first time. I LOVE burgers. Try one at all different places and this was the BEST burger I ever had!!!! Sweet potato fries were crazy good and so was the Parmesan fries. I can't wait to go again!

Not anything special and overpriced! The fries were plain and tasted kind of old. We had to wait a while too.

A delicious treat! This cleverly designed food truck/bus is quite unique. The menu is also refreshing with some old favorites and new creations. These burgers were fresh and delicious. The flavor says it all. The chefs are talented and want to show us. This is a new favorite of mine.
