They closed two weeks after I paid registration fee and first month, they didn't have the courtesy to let me know. I had to find out by a third party and to this day I have not heard from anyone regarding a refund.

Did your buisness suddenly close? We paid, had classes scheduled and the last two times we showed up the building is gated up. Just trying to see what's going on. Thanks.

Glad they closed down! All they do is steal parents' hard earned money! As you can tell, yes they closed due to inability to pay rent, insufficient staff etc. and didn't even bother to make customers aware that they'd be closing and of course kept the money. Both owners will be the downfall of each other and this business ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE, they won't learn anything !

This place took our money for 4 classes and only gave us 2.
We got signed in for a free trial and wanted to sign up for classes every week at the same time. We told the person signing us in this and he said no problem we can try each class. But the third week they turned my daughter away crying because they said I had not paid yet.... Even though I told the guy i wanted to sign up every tuesday at 5pm... He didnt say i had to reserve a spot in additon to telling him.
So i signed up online for 4 classes and blocked them out of my profile online. The next week my daughter was sick and i had to get her Tuesday at 3 so i didnt have time to tell the fitness center she was going to the doctor. They told me I told them too late and wouldnt refund me. The next time i went we werent in the schedule but we signed up when we got there. This last time was supposed to be our 4th day but they said the class was full. This has been a frustrating nightmare for me and my daughter has cried as many days as she has enjoyed the classes....Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Prepaid expires in 30 days and Autopay contracts expire in 60 days. We highly recommend for you to schedule classes before you expire.

Lupe was awesome! He worked with my daughter and motivated her so she didn't quit. She was so exhausted after the class and she was able to gain confidence!

Patrick is the best. Extremely talented and knows exactly what he is doing. Makes my daughter feel comfortable and confident. He is a great trainer/coach. We have worked with other people at different facilities and he is by FAR the BEST.

Having a COVID policy to not allow parents in the lobby watching over their kids in place but you don't follow any other policy around COVID. You don't check temps, you don't wear masks (employees, kids or parents), there is no hand sanitizer in place. So for you to hold a COVID policy and nothing else it has no ground. Is just not a good look. Also, I attempted to follow your so called policy and my daughter exit the building without anyone noticing- is the main reason why I stay in there. No organization or no safety protocols for letting them leave on their own? How can I leave my daughter that is 6 years old alone and that happened. Luckily I was sitting right outside on the hot sun for 2 hours while class finished. That is a disregard for parents. When told that to the manager she said I can pay to use their gym and THEN I CAN STAY IN THERE. There is nothing in the contract when signing your kids up about about said policy. I doubt we will continue to come here if this policy is kept. Because it is ridiculous and t

Thank you for letting us know, it’s not just Covid anymore. Now we are trying to be safe from the Monkey pox. There are 10 minutes at the end of classes and the beginning of the next classes that students use the lobby to go to the restroom, wait for their parents to pick them up or wait for their next class to start. Having parents in the lobby when children go for their break will overcrowd the lobby not giving them space to social distance. I’m pretty sure no parent would like their child mixed in with other adults during their breaks.

Daughter has had 2 classes so far and she absolutely loves it. I am hoping they go back to their pre-pandemic policy soon where parents can stay in the viewing area and enjoy watching their kids in class.

We hope you understand flu season starts in October, the vaccine is not a cure and we take safety of our students & staff very serious. Our lobby is reserved for students sitting to start their next class or for students where parents are picking them up. Before and after class the lobby gets busy with students and to maintain social distancing we need to give them space to sit & walk.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I would be very careful with this place. Do not go month to month giving them access to your accounts and just know if you do give them any money and are unable to use the classes you will not be refunded for unused classes and you will continue to be charged unless you send a formal written cancellation in the mail. You have to download that from their site fyi. Not a reputable company. Warning

Wish i could Select zero stars. They cancel classes on you and won't refund your money back. They take payments automatically even though you have tried to cancel the account. The don't return phone calls after leaving messages or return emails. Horrible service and would not wish this on anyone!

We apologize for any inconvenience, with government shutdowns and having to offer online classes because of COVID-19, we have a delay. We do have social media platforms where we inform customers what we are doing and what to expect during these hard times. County Judge, State Governor and United States government assured us to prevent our company from going bankrupt that they will give customers stimulus checks for any losses and to continue helping small businesses like ourselves from going under. We hope you sincerely understand. May God help us all.
