Ombre nail Bar

The staff was friendly. I went in for my trial run to see if I would make this my regular spot. I'm still iffy on that choice. My pedicure was decent and my sns dip was basic. No bells & whistles, but nothing to frown about. The reason I gave three instead of four stars was the price/checkout process. 1: the charge you a convenience fee for using your credit/debit card. 2: pay attention to what they charge because I selected on pedicure and was up-charged which I didn't realize until after I left. 3: they tried to upcarge me for a deluxe manicure that never happened ( I caught that one on the spot). If I returned I will have cash and be VERY clear & vigilant at check out.

Laura NAILED IT (pun intended!) I had never been here before, but was able to make an apppintment same day. I came in just wanting a normal manicure and after seeing the cool designs they did here, I pulled up some Inspo from Pinterest and Laura DELIVERED. It's almost identical to the Inspo pic! not only that... but they have mimosas, wine, sodas, etc all complimentary! I'm sold. Highly recommend this spot!

Love this Nail Bar. Johnny did my first set of nails and I love them. I had another lady do my other set and they were wonderful as well. Johnny was on Vacation for a month is why he didn't do my second set. I always get compliments on my nails and I tell them I got them done at Ombre Nail Bar. Atmosphere is wonderful. I awkward feel welcome when I am here and the place is absolutely beautiful!!!

So super disappointed!! I've given this location more than one chance and my current pedicure is pitiful. First visit to this salon the gel application on my toes flooded into the cuticle part of the toe. So the manager took it off the bill.

The next time went great so naturally I was like ok I could go again.

The third time and keep in mind it wasn't busy at all! The nail tech ran the scrubber sponge against my heel like twice and when it came time to apply my gel it was hideous! I had to correct him and even after that half of my toe nails were not painted. Like literally huge portions of the toe nail wasn't painted! Never ever spending my money here again. And even want a dang refund!

Advice for the Nail Bar: have your techs give the owner a pedicure and if they aren't up to par don't allow them to work on customers until they are!! Even a step further have someone shadow them so customers like myself don't feel we've wasted our time and money! Just sh

I went to get a pedi before my bday, and I was excited. The lady I got was really rough and was rushing the entire time. She dug into my nail/skin till I bled and when I pulled back she kept on going. I couldn't evert go back here again. It got infected and was discharging pus for 3 days and had to get oral antibiotics to treat it.

Dana does my nails!! She is my absolute favorite!! She is very meticulous. She is very sweet. I Love that I can show her a design and she's willing to try it out.

Needed a short notice nail salon because I'm typical one was completely booked and I'm very happy I came here. Staff was nice and professional, shop was clean, and I got exactly what I asked for. Michael, my tech, did a great job!

It took me a long time to figure out why this place had such amazing reviews. After every visit you're overwhelmed with texts and emails asking you to leave a review.

Service is very hit and miss. Some of the nail techs are amazing while others aren't nearly as talented.

My last and final experience the young lady couldn't get my shape right, the polish was patchy and my nails looked terrible. When I told her I wasn't happy and asked to have them fixed she grabbed the buffer file and raked it across my nails so hard it cut my fingers up. Then she expected to put oil on my hands (from a shared container) with blood on my fingers. I declined the oil and left.

The job didn't look bad but it wasn't what I wanted or was expecting to pay for. Her lackadaisical attitude towards using oil on my bloody fingers was enough to deter me from going back.

This place seems to be going down hill service is very bad last time I was here the girl cut the bottom of my foot so bad I had to go to urgent care. I came back today after two months healing my foot the girl I had was not pleasant or in a good mood.
She had a horrible frown on her face the whole time she rush, so fast 25 minutes pedicure manicure Guess now I have to find some other place to get my nails done
