First time here and honestly such a great experience.
I sadly came when the kiosk was not available (painful introvert struggle) but my boyfriend is a handy man and took the order for me the workers are very nice and they only took a few mins to make our drinks!
I got the taro milk tea with lychee jelly (my go-to at any boba shop) and I must say I love their taro. I'm a huge fan of powder taro, and their lychee jelly is also amazing! Great cut and chew to them. 10/10 !
Totally would recommend to anyone around the area! A great spot to grab a quick drink.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Thank you for coming! I completely understand the introvert struggles of ordering, I have it too T-T. The kiosk has been fixed and should be good to go!

I thought it was alright.
They allow to customize your own fruit tea which was cool. I also tried the one of their milk teas.
It's bitter but not in a good way. I getting half sweet would make it bitter but you get that without tasting the flavor from the tea. Especially with the milk tea I had, it was milky but bitter with no tea flavor.
Service was average and inside looks nice and aesthetic was there. There's also internet to study here if you live near by.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 9, 2024
Disclaimer: this is strictly a review for the Assam Black Milk Tea with "big boba" (which is essentially regular sized boba).
I've been searching for a good Assam Black Milk Tea ever since Tastea discontinued their Golden Milk Tea and OMG Tea has so far been THE CLOSEST in taste! I came across OMG Tea on Yelp (since it was the closest to where I was at the time) and when I saw Assam Black under their milk tea selections, I knew I had to give it a shot and I was not disappointed!
I ordered my Assam Black MT at 80% sweet with normal ice level. My husband got an Assam Black MT at 100% and honestly, they didn't taste too different! They were both the perfect amount of tea and sweetness. The boba was good, but I wouldn't say it was great. He likes Boba Guys' boba better, but we'd definitely come back for the Assam Black MT.
I'll have to try their other drinks... eventually, but honestly finding this MT has been a journey and I'm so thrilled to have happened across it by chance! Also, the Scratch Cookery truck was right outside the store. Not sure if they're always there, but a great place to pick up some chicken sandwiches/tenders and boba.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 2, 2024
For the local San Jose peeps, the taste of the tea is very similar to Tisane. I would say OMG Tea definitely prioritizes sweet and sugary flavors more than tea flavors, but overall it was decent. The texture of the boba was good and had a strong brown sugar flavor to it. I liked how clean and modern the store was, with a kiosk just in a case you are an introvert. I would recommend this place to those who like sweet tea drinks.
Wintermelon Milk Tea: I got this drink 50% sweet and it was still decently sweet. The wintermelon flavor was pretty good and there was a good balance with it to the tea. I do recommend getting the sweetness at the lowest 50% if you aren't a fan of really sweet tea.
Assam Black Milk Tea: Decent milk tea. I would say the brown sugar boba overpowered my drink a bit, but I thought the tea was solid. I got it 80% sweet and it was still pretty sweet. I definitely recommend lowering the sweetness.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 28, 2024
We were out buying new shoes for my daughter and my husband said, anyone feel like boba tea? Uh, yea yaaa....I'm always in the mood for a boba tea! Let's do this. I looked for a new place to try and this came up.. perfect! I like the name, OMG Tea, cute.
We found a spot to park right in front, and went in to look at the menu. I asked the girl at the counter what Wintermelon was? Was it Cantaloupe? She said no, it's an Asian gourd and it's sweet. Hmmm. I figured I'd try it, with black tea and small boba since they were out of big boba. The boba itself was super soft and almost required no chewing. I've never had such soft boba before and I'm not quite sure how to feel about that? I probably like my boba a little chewier and more "to the tooth" but it wasn't bad this way. The taste was nice, delicate with the black tea being more in the background and not too strong. The more I drank the more I liked it. I'd come back to try more things.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 8, 20241 check-in
Love that they have the ipad to order or the person in front to keep the line going. Menu has good variety but not to overwhelming. I got the Oreo matcha brule Blended drink w/ boba - Good would get it again with extra matcha powder flavor was subtle but love the amount of oreos and the layers were so well done! Taro blended w/ ice cream was delicious also! no toppings added or needed !

The interior is so cute!!! I went at a busy time since there were high school students stopping by for boba right after school. I got the jasmine milk tea with half sweetness and it tasted like they barely put any sugar in there. I actually didn't mind because the powdered milk they used helped me finished the drink. The tea was perfectly brewed. It wasn't too bitter or too watered down. Next time I come back, I think I will try getting 80% sugar to see if there are any difference.

this place was decent. i got the crème brûlée latte and i loved it. i hate that the drink comes in such a tiny cup, but it was worth it. the boba was fresh.
the service was very slow, but i went when the teenagers were getting out of school so it was a little busy. overall, it wasn't anything spectacular, but it was still good!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 389376552Jan 17, 2024
Assam milk tea 50% sweetness no ice is just the right balance of tea and milk. Open later at night too.
