They lost a huge bag of our kids toys that they didn't want to buy. They are totally disorganized, and doing anything in this store takes an insufferable amount of time.

As a first-time parent, we needed (or thought we "needed") a lot of things. However, buying everything brand new would simply be crazy. So, I found this place online and brought my wife here and we discovered we love it. They have lots of items (clothing, toys, books, large items like rockers and cribs) on the premises. But, much of their large item inventory turns over quickly and you can only buy what they have in stock. Thus, if you NEED a certain brand and model of ____ you might or might not find it here.

But, if you want to start purchasing toys or books for your new son then this place has lots of options at "used" prices. As for clothes, I mostly just stay out of the way and let my wife go at it but their clothes are clean, sorted by size, and many of them are still brand new with tag. Regular prices are low, and sales are really good.

Two downsides that I have repeatedly come across: (1) sometimes certain areas like their toy section look like a bomb went off. I think they try to keep it organized but it is tough. (2) their staff aren't always familiar with everything in the store. I have asked questions about certain large items like how to fold them up, or what accessories are available, etc. and I get blank stares. This is because some employees are not parents, but they usually freely admit they don't know. It can be frustrating, so if you see something you want here you might need to do some quick online research on your smart phone in-store to find the answer.

However, the benefits by far outweigh the negatives. I only wish they had more wooden train items in stock. I guess people hoard them.

I would only recommend buying items here. Selling items is truly a waste of time/ rip off. Not sure the process in which they accept items but I've tried to sell items that are brand new with tags and items in great reusable condition yet items are never accepted.. but I continuously see extremely used items for sale like shoes and pajamas that to me look too loved for resale and probably belonged at Salvation Army drop off. However when you do sell items to them like name brand items they offer you Pennie's in comparison to what they sell them for. I understand a business is being ran here and of course profit needs to be turned but it's really just not worth your time or effort for what you receive in return. You make out much better selling on Facebook marketplace/ ebay etc.

I called ahead to ask if they got blocks or building play set. The woman on the phone said yes and told me the price it would be, $10.
I told her I would be heading down shortly to pick it up.
I get there, I look for any kind of blocks and see dingy sets with missing pieces. As I approached the cashier I saw a nice block set put aside. So I assumed that was the one on hold for me...
I asked the woman if this was the one I called about and she said I don't know who you spoke to but that's for our Black Friday sale and I cannot sell it to you.
I just spoke to someone and they said to come down...
She was nasty and unprofessional telling me whoever spoke to me was a new employee and that they told me the wrong information. So I asked her which is it, you don't know who told me this or is it the new employee? I obviously heard the person ask someone on the phone about what I called about and that's when we decided I can come pick it up.
I even told her my kids are in their pajamas in the car with their father excited for blocks that's what we came for and you really can't sell me those blocks???! I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one they left for the night.
I was extremely annoyed and I told her I guess you're not looking to make money, cuz I would have brought those and I don't want to shop here anymore. Their clothes for second hand are overpriced and not much of a selection to begin with! Don't waste your time go to Marshall's or TJ you can get nicer things for better price! Brand new!

Mothers and grandmas beware. My daughter and granddaughter were shopping while the staff reviewed things they had brought in for consignment, and the manager, Megan, called the police and accused them of shoplifting - in their size small yoga pants. They gave police access to everything in their car, nothing was found amiss, and 45 minutes later, after being excruciatingly embarrassed, it was over. Evidently the store thinks nothing of this kind of harassment of customers. Find someplace more welcoming and safer to shop.

Me and my husband had a lot of clothes from my son cause he no longer fit the clothes so we decided to take them to donate and get more clothes for him. It's a 30 min drive for us and We had to take our son and it was not a east trip we get there I fill the sheet out and stuff after they make us wait 45 mins to go through the clothes we were fine with that we got back after we went and ate and they bring a basket with 2 outfits and I'm thinking that's all they wouldn't take out of like 150 outfits nice outfits (Calvin Klein, Nike, under armor, Jordan, carter etc) they say they don't take anything but stuff with tags on it and they aren't name brand 40 onsies were from there I know and she says yah your a regular I know and well we're not taking 0-18 month clothes I come in there with my 7 month son all the time she knows I don't have any older children and then I had them all nicely folded they throw the clothes back in there take the diapers and Offer me 1.25 the onsies are 1.50 what's that enough for? Crazy I'm always impressed but today I was very pissed! Do better! I was spending whatever I got there I don't understand why they didn't say that before hand and why we waited 45-1hr for nothing I dont know if we will be back they weren't even gonna give me my clothes back.... Weird trying to keep them but they didn't wanna pay me they would've gotten a lot of nice clothes and every dime they gave me back I needed more clothes sad this is how it is now days I gave them respect couldn't give me any! NO STARS IF I COULD
