Attentive service and seems to be a problem solver. I took my Mac in to see why I had no space even with my 2tb cloud storage... he found the solution and freed up space s stealth speed.

(((He even explained why All my files were out of their folders from an improper handling by former repair guy- No Fear Computer- and I was on my way just like that. Not to trash No Fear but literally my files are strewn asunder in my Finder and it's a nightmare system files mixed with my docs ans photos and omg a nightmare))). This place also organizes that for you if you need.

There was No "ill take a look at it" and days later get charged $150 for what took all of 5 minutes. . I was very impressed at his ability to
Decipher the issue. He literally pointed out what it was in front of me so I saw how he found the issue and resolved it. Unlike the so called Geniuses that format your disk as their one solution for all things.

He does all techie repairs phones, laptops, computers etc.... and has a couch to wait if it's a quick turn around and lends you a charger even.

While I was there many customers came in picked up there stuff and were on their way greeting each other like old friends. Good vibes all around.

Also a plus for me is literally walking distance so the visit was effortless.

I went to try to get my laptop screen fixed on January 24, and they told me it would be ready in a few days...,TRY MONTHS. The guy never called me and I lived right up the street. I waited until MARCH after checking on my laptop, and he gave me the runaround. I desperately needed it for work purposes. Eventually, after the third try he promised that I would get my money back if he couldn't fix it. Turns out he couldn't fix it. Now here I am in MAY and he still never gave me my refund. I feel like I got ripped off and I don't know how many times I have to go there just to get me money back. I wouldn't go there ever again. I just want my money.

Store owner is knowledgeable and fantastically pleasant and friendly. Have utilized his service several times and have referred friends to him as well. Having phone, computer issues? This is the place to go for expert service with a personal touch.

I've been to other repair shops in Miami and there is no comparison. Other places rip you off and give you mediocre service and products. Here you get excellent customer service, great prices and quality products. TWO THUMBS UP !!

I recently broke the screen on my iPad and delayed getting it repaired since I wasn't sure who to trust or take it to. I was driving down Biscayne Blvd one day and saw in the window that ONE-TECH repaired telephone screens so I stopped in and met the genuinely nice guys there. I wasn't sure if they could really repair the screen since it was pretty smashed. I just picked it up today and I was very impressed with the work they did. For the price, it was well worth it since a new iPad would certainly cost a lot more. If you need any telephone or other electronic repairs, I think you should consider giving these guys a chance. Hands down the best electronic repair service in all of Miami. Not only were they reliable but very extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My laptop screen was completely shattered and I remember calling around and people were quoting me more than what the thing was worth just to fix the screen. My sister found One Tech and not only did they have reasonable prices but an extremely fast turn around. I'm so happy my sister found this place for me. The next time any electronic breaks in my home I'm heading there without hesitation. You should too. 15 out 10!
