I went to Lowe's and hd to look for water heaters. After reading mixed reviews for both of their contactors, I decided to look on my own.
I went through ten places( via Yelp and friend's referrals) and decided on them.
The fact that they can do quote over the phone was impressive.
Travis called before his arrival to give us a heads-up and he arrived in punctuality. I did not realize that we needed a water regulator so had to do a crash course on that one. The price is still reasonable with the water regulator included.
As he was wrapping up the job, he showed us how to use the water pressure gauge and monitor every month. Pressure should be less than 75 or so.
Travis is very experienced professional.

While there are a few exceptions that we see every once in awhile, storage tank water heater replacement is usually very standard so it amazes me how many companies refuse to give pricing over the phone. We see it as providing the best service to the customer and it also allows us to keep our cost down since we only need to make one trip since we bring the water heater with us.
We are grateful that you chose our company out of the many other companies you contacted; thank you!
I also know that a professional job by an experience plumber was important to you so I'm glad you found Travis to be "very experienced and professional".
Hope to hear from you in the future shall another plumbing issue arise.

Once again OneStop was quick to the rescue when our water heater kicked the bucket on December 23rd. Maybe I was just lucky but Conrad was out at my house in about an hour with a quote, and Ryan showed up and had the job done just a few hours later. I have used OneStop several times now and they are polite and professional every time. They saved the day a few years back when I had a leaky pipe in the wall, to smaller jobs like clearing my kitchen drain. Called Friday afternoon and Michael came out Saturday and made quick work of our issue. He noticed that our water pressure was lower and gave me valuable advice for maintaining our drain with the pressure we have. Always had a great experience with OneStop.

Aug 16, 2021Previous reviewI called OneStop last week for a bathroom shower/tub faucet replacement (Delta single handle). They booked an appointment for this afternoon (Monday). Before they arrived today, I called and advised I would also need a water heater replaced as mine had just died! No problem- Wade arrived earlier than the appointment window and took care of both items professionally. He did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. His courteous manner and professional work are appreciated (I supervise 50+ people at my job so I know firsthand what a big deal this is). Thanks, again to the entire staff (Ashley on the phone was very courteos, as well!) at OneStop!
Jun 7, 2021Previous reviewI had the OneStop Plumbing team come out and replace a DIY PVC plumbing job with a copper line and new faucet, along with the mister line that was there (PVC, as well). The work was done beautifully, and we are happy with the results. The line looks beautiful, is solidly anchored to the outside of the house, and is professionally connected to the house's water line. Great Job!
Nov 24, 2014Previous reviewExcellent men to deal with. Good work, done fast, on time promised. Will call them again, if I need work done on my home (I called them to work on my late mother's house to prep it for sale). They had a mobile plumbing shop on a little trailer. Very well organized, with all the tools/equipment they needed. The job was not likely not the cheapest price, but the work was A-1 and done in a clean and professional manner. Thanks!
Update: June, 18, 2016 - I had new water valves/box put in for the laundry room in my home and once again, excellent work. No extra charge for coming out on Saturday. A-1 work, once again. The reference they gave me for the drywall repair after the work was done (Jody) was excellent, as well (the wall looks great).
Update, May 2018: A few months back, I had them put in a new water main shut-off valve to my house (the one in the house, not the one at the street). Once again, excellent work was done by their plumber. Thank you, again.

He also provided great advice on other areas such as proper water pressure and how to adjust the regulator. I would recommend them to anyone.
Update 8/11/17: My second time to use their service, this time with E.J. and he was also great. Explained everything to me and was able to clear my kitchen clog very quickly. Ryan shows up and provides me a quote for the water heater. He also lets me know I need a new pressure valve and I have him check out a drip I had in my shower. Over all received a reasonable price for everything and was able to get the job done on the same day. Travis did have to come finish the job on the water heater. Overall it was great customer service from beginning to end. When I need a plumber again I will be calling One Stop Plumbers!

They were able to come out the next day and give me the best of 3 estimates, in detail and in writing. Started work the following day and I couldn't be there, so they called me every step of the way with findings and updates. Conrad and Ryan were incredible. All the leaks were fixed, pipes rerouted and I'm one happy home owner. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing leak detection and repair.
