My garage door won't open. I engaged this shop. The guy (Syed) showed up on time. He figured out the issue in a few minutes.
He promised to get the faulty part in a couple of days. He did, indeed, showed up, and replaced the part... He even lubed the chain drive. And the door started working better than it was.. lot less noisy.

When the garage door fails to open, even when the manual release is engaged, one certainly does not want to have a car stuck in the garage all day when you have places to be!
Within 75 min of my call, Saed arrived to diagnose the issue - broken garage door spring. It had so much tension that when it broke we had heard a loud "boom" from the garage but at the time did not know where it came from. There is even a caution sign below the system because of its force. Definitely not a DYI job if you are a novice!
Saed replaced the springs, tightened bolts and rails and oiled the joints. Thank you Saed!

Excellent service. Our garage door spring broke. Saed was quick, responsive and very fair pricing. Minutely checked the whole system after replacing the springs so the door is now operating even smoother than before. Highly recommended.
