OP Nails

Perfect Nails. Best service always. I have been going here for many years. My nail tech, Paul (Pho) skillfully did my nails as I love them!

I brought my daughter here for a mother daughter pampering day before a wedding. I haven't had acrylic nails in almost 20 years. I thought, "Why not?! It will be nice to have nails again." I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only can they not understand you, but they kept having to pull another tech away from his customer to explain things to me because I didn't know what their nail packages meant. He did my fingernails in 40 minutes flat. Too quick, in my opinion. I asked him to shape them more and to file them down more. He did and they still look like crap. The pedicure was great and our toes look good. My daughter had gel polish and the whole polished nail started falling off 3 days later! We paid $150 plus we left a $30 tip! RIDICULOUS! We will NOT be back! Look for another salon.

A friend of mine & our daughters wanted to get our toes done together. I called the day before & secured an appointment time. When we arrived, they huffed acting like they didn't have time. I showed them in my phone where I had called. They were able to seat us all side by side so that was nice. But they rushed thru our pedicures with all 5 of us being finished in about 45 minutes. The place is so fluttery & dirty. Will probably not return.

Took my bridal party to OP for wedding day nails and toes. Unfortunately, they completely butchered the bride's nails and were unwilling to fix it both in price or design. Customer service was below par, most employees don't speak to you or ask you clarifying questions to be sure the design or nail shape is correct. I will never go back!

I had to re-do my nails at home. The ends were rough and she didn't remove the clear coat I had on when I went in.

Plain old dirty.

If I didn't have Covid before I went I definitely caught something there from just plan nasty habits.

They rush you through and could care less about your experience.

I could've done a better job doing it myself at home.
I was there on Friday the 26th at two in the afternoon.
There are plenty of other options folks so please look around!

I got a call from the manager saying I didn't pay enough on my bill.
I paid $80 for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure.
Tipped 20%.
I know that was correct. He couldn't communicate the issue and said I had gotten powder and owed more.

Later got a text and he apologized.

Overall, for spending this amount of money and for your health I say skip it girlfriends!!!!

The worst pedicure I have ever received. The woman didn't even speak until she asked about color, was very rough at the beginning pushing back cuticles, the sides of my toes are still rough and polish was left there and my pedicure looks like I got about a $10 deal instead of $50. Total disappointment... will spend more to be redone soon.

Do not go here. My daughter and I went- I got a plain gel manicure, she got tips. This place was filthy. Should have trusted my gut and walked out. Rusted equipment. Work done so quickly and carelessly. My daughter's cuticles were bleeding because the tech kept cutting her. He literally just wiped the blood off with his bare hand. My manicure was awful. Lumpy, uneven application. Her tips looked like press on nails from the 80s. Fast forward to going to a different salon to get them removed. New place has a lot of trouble removing the tips only to realize that this place has likely used mma for application on her tips.She had so much mail damage due to this place. Avoid at all cost.

Had an appointment at 12:30 and the place was packed with no seats. When I told them we had an appointment they asked how many and what for. Wouldn't you know that if I had an appointment?? One lady up front whispered to me "go somewhere else". She waited an hour after her appointment time to get in. Thanks, but no thanks. Bad business!

I love my nails! They look exactly how I wanted, and the technician was so quick yet attentive. Wish I got her name so I could recommend her! Excellent service, I would definitely come back. I just had to share this beautiful set and positive experience! :3
