OP Nails

Very nice clean place! They worked quick and very steady. The lady that did my nails was not very talkative or anything but very nice. I do have some complaints about my nails. They have bubbles and are bit uneven in places but overall a good look.

they are terrible, I wanted a certain design and they hate fucked my nails, over charged me, made me bleed multiple times and blamed it on me, gave me the incorrect amount of cash and were trash talking me on vietnamese. terrible service over all

I walked right in without an appointment. Was given a large bottle of lotion. After my nail polish was removed the owner started using a drill and cut my fingers. I told her that she was hurting me. Well she stopped the drill and started sawing my skin with the file. I should have left but didn't I let her finish but no payment was given. If you want this kind of service then this is the place to go. Now I know why you got a bottle of lotion.​

I went to the salon this morning to have nothing more than an overlay done to my own nails. The lady that did my nails was in a hurry, was on the telephone the entire time, and simply did not take the time she needed to fix my nails. I have three nails that are totally misshaped and the acrylic is extremely thick. I called this afternoon and was told I could come back and they would fix them. I will go back in the morning to have them fixed but after that I will not use the salon again. They are slightly cheaper than where I was going, but the quality is a lot less than where I was going.

I will definitely never use this nail salon again she cut up my cuticle on every finger my nails . were way to thick and I had more powder dried up on my hand than I did my nail the some didn't even cover my whole nail. I paid $50 for this mess. And the thing was they didn't have anyone else in there. If I could I wouldn't even give a star

I have been a regular customer here for years. I see a wonderful nail tech. I called today to make an appointment with her and was told she is on vacation. No problem. I asked if someone else could do my pedi. I explained that I had a sore toe due to a hard edge on my nail. They were booked up today, so I asked if I could get in tomorrow. The owner kept saying he was busy and that M always takes care of you...come back in two weeks. He passed the phone to his wife. She finally said I could come tomorrow, but I did not feel confident that I would get the same service as I get from M. I also was made to feel that it was burdensome for one of them to do my pedi. I felt I had to work to get them to agree to see me. Very poor customer service conversation. Do you really want someone working on your sore toe who doesn't want you to be there???

Sooo upset at this nail salon, two days of me having them one fell off with me just making a sandwich. I wish I would have just my $45 elsewhere.

Worst nail salon ever!!! I was on my way through TK and needed my nails done badly. I stopped here. I knew better and told myself I could wait until I see my regular salon. I wish I would have! The guy that did my nails did a terrible job. When I picked out my gel nail color he couldn't find it because they were so unorganized. I had to choose another color. He then began rubbing and touching my hands and arms inappropriately and telling me he loved my hair. He is the guy with multiple missing teeth. He made me feel very uncomfortable. When done, he told me the fill and gel polish was $40. When I looked at him crazy he said it was $35. Then, he had his child run my card and they charged me $30. It was an unorganized, chaotic mess. I will never be going to this place again.

Even if it's the only shop available, DO NOT patronize this place. I should have taken it as a sign when I walked in to see only one other customer, but I thought that a nail color change couldn't be too complicated for even the most incompetent establishment -- I was wrong. The first person did a good job repairing my nail, but proceeded to apply the polish in a way that created bubbles on half of my nails. I addressed this with him, and his solution was to apply more topcoat. I was almost to my car when I looked again to see that the polish was peppered with bubbles so deep that I could see down through the holes. The person who met me at the door claimed that he saw no bubbles at all and appeared offended that I would dare expect shiny nails in exchange for my money! I was passed to another person in the shop, who also had an attitude and told me that they don't issue refunds and that they only "fix" the problem. She removed the pitted polish and slapped thick and uneven layers of polish onto my nails. When I told her that she was clearly not "fixing" the problem, she said that yet another person would get it right. This woman apparently had no training; applied polish in a patchwork pattern; and even failed to apply a second coat of color. Once I began openly venting my frustrations, the first woman returned and replied that OTHER customers would be the judge of MY service, at which point I lost it. What I told them next is not appropriate for this forum.

I have never visited such an unprofessional and customer-hostile business. Unless you want to experience the worst nail shop in this city, I would steer clear AND take the affirmative step of likewise warning others.
