Op Nails

I made appointments for 3 people a month in advance. Two pedicures were to be done at the same time and one following the first two. We waited 45 minutes for our " appointment ". Two hours later, the third person still had not been waited on. They even had two people walk in while the first two were being helped. Insulting. Kathy & Lynn are very nice, but OP Nails is poorly managed. I am a long time customer but late appointments and this debacle has ended my patronage.

Nice place, very nice people and a awesome mani pedi! I'm visiting from AZ so I was a little unsure if I should wait until I'm back home. I'm glad I didn't, it was a very nice experience. I will definitely be back when I'm back in Van Wert.

My favorite place to get my nails done! The Nguyen's are a great family who always make you feel at home! They just redid the salon, complete with new massage chairs.

I always get shellac on my finger and toe nails. It looks great and lasts the longest.
