I usually go to my place grand nails off custer and eldorado but I was far and was in a rush and decided to come here and do a quick next gen manicure. MISTAKE and waste of money.

For some reason the lady was in a rush or simply didn't want to do this because the place was empty.

She did it so fast and crappy that one of my nails got messed up that night and the whole manicure did not last more than a week.

This place is located near the Stonebriar mall with plenty of parking spots. When you walk in the salon, it looks kind of nice but nothing out of the extraordinary.

I asked the lady if this included a hand massage after the mani and she said: "a little". Again, showing a lack of enthusiasm.

Needless to say I will never return to this salon. I do not recommend it to anyone!

I'm visiting family in Frisco, I needed a quick gel polish change, and this Nail Spa was in proximity of where I needed to be for the family. I'm so delighted that I came here! Sophia fit me in very quickly & she was able to recreate the simple design that I had done prior. The staff was friendly, I met the new owner David & his sweet service dog- who both were very kind, the spa was beautiful, clean, and several shade options for Dip Powder, Gel Polish, & regular polish. Sophia did an amazing job in my nails, and very quickly too! I recommend anyone in the area to visit Opulent Nails & Spa for all your spa needs! I will be coming back in a few weeks on our next family visit!

I've been coming here for about two years! Working in the medical field I always leave work exhausted and this place has been my holy grail for the best two years with going every two weeks. Diane, David, Anna.. etc are all amazing and I always leave happy and content with my nails. They know I like my nails med-short and smooth and that is always what I get. I highly recommend this place bc on top of the great customer service they're also very gentle with your nails.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this salon. The first time I went, I used a Groupon deal I found online. The staff was prompt, kind, and helpful in picking out what color and shape I wanted done. Ever since, I have been a regular customer and even bring all of my friends with me! They have a great punch-card system where you can save $30 if you go ten times - which really pays off! Overall, would recommend. Not too expensive, very friendly, and very accommodating!

look.. they're trying their best. But this was so much money and the gel was incredibly lumpy and there was black shit all in my nails. There was absolutely no manicure process so I got nails on top of crusty fingers.. idk. The price point is too much for the poor quality. They're open late which is super convenient they just need to get the service down.

Okay updating this. I call to receive a partial refund for our nails since we had to get them completely redone. They insisted they could fix it and refused a refund. Very poor service. Very poor artistry. Very expensive for poor work.

So I was in search of a new nail salon and saw this one yesterday as I drove down Preston and decided to check it out today. The first positive is you can book your appointment online with your desired tech or any staff. Since it was my first time I chose any staff. It was so convenient to just be able to go online and choose my time instead of having to call. The second positive is that I was able to be assisted right away. I was initially created by Jason who told me their promos and their return customer program. I was assigned to Elaine. I explained to her my wants and she executed perfectly. She also waxed my chin and upper lip. She was so profession and very hygienic. While getting my service I also talked to Diane. It was a very fun and friendly atmosphere. I will be a return customer. A+++ service. Edited to add that I got the dip powder on my natural nails.

BEST pedicure ever!!! I believe her name was Natalie, but she went the extra mile, in my somewhat challenging feet. Thank you!!! I gave 4stars because I had some smaller issues with the mani. First up, with basic mani, that is more prone to messing up since they take some time to dry, ALWAYS do before pedi!!!!! Secondly, please, please, please use a fry fast top
coat!!! There are so many good ones out there, that are of similar price as regular top coat, and well they DRY FAST, minimizing the chance of messing them up (My fave is Seche Vite dry fast topcoat. I usually bring with me, but didn't have it this time). This salon did have the spray which the pedicurist used generously. But I had to ask twice for the manicurist to use it, and wash time she barely sprayed and missed most of my nails. I thought, OK I will just deal. So as we ran errands around Frisco, I sat in passenger seat with fan blowing on nails for over an hour. I thought they were dry, got back to hotel and had to change clothes, and now they have fabric imprints and basically look like a 6 year old's manicure. I won't be back home to correct it, until Thursday ‍.
I would go back again, but only with my dry fast topcoat.

I've been here a couple of times (they gave me a $12 coupon first time so had to try it again). First time they filed my nails so much they hurt and kept breaking. This time I opted for dip. The worker did not get close to the picture I showed her and more importantly in less than a week the dip was already chipping and coming off. They are the ones who convinced me to do dip since it supposedly lasts at least 3 weeks. Very frustrating since it didn't even make it one week!

Definitely not worth the price. There are several other nail salons in the area so I will not be coming back.

This place is horrible!!!! It was my nieces bday and she wanted her nails done, she had been here before and liked it so thats where we went. We get there and it took a min to be greeted which is fine they looked under staffed. My niece wanted acrylic nails so they bring her back and I said I would like a pedicure but wasn't given any options on what they offer and was told to wait they didn't have someone available at the moment. Ok, no big deal. After about 45 mins someone comes to do our eyebrows and after kept saying do you want to pay now pay now, and i told her I was paying for other services and wanted to do together but she kept asking. My sister said I will go ahead and pay for my daughters so she runs her card for $85, and I was like hold up how much was that?? They charged $40 for the acrylic, $5 to shape the nail, $5 to add the nail tip, $5 to add longer tip, and $30 for the design which was basically pink french tip with a glitter line. I have never had some place break it down like that and not even tell you all this stuff is extra when you think I get the acrylic nails that should include shape length and color. I can see an upcharge for long nails and the french tip but NOT $30?? And they had 3 people do stuff to her nails, and we were there for 3 hours and I didnt even get my toes done im sure that would have been over $100. Before we checked out a couple was checking out and they over charged them as well adding stuff without saying this is extra making them think its part of what they asked for. If my niece didn't love how they came out I would have said something, but they turned out good. But if you go here ask HOW MUCH if they offer you anything.

This is a really great place. Here, they treated like a friend I received the best customer service I ever had. I am not just another person coming to get her nails. They are super friendly not like other places where they just want to charge you expensive services. I also love that every visit they give you a stamp where you get $30 off after 10 visit.
