Organic Nail Lounge

This place is seriously the best. I live in San Clemente and am wihtin walking distance to a place I regrettably went for years that was never on time and always seemed to do a rushed job, and even the gel would peel off (like whole nails of gel) within a few days.

I now drive 15 min to Dana Point because I heard such great things and the rumors were true! Ive gotten pedicures multiple times with regular polish and it NEVER chips its amazing. Dips are also always perfect, the technicians always take care for the almond shape I wanted and test out multiple types of chrome and make sure you absolutely love the finish before sealing it in.

Kimmy is AMAZING she spent so much time perfecting my nails last time (yet they are always on time so if you book something that should be an hour- you can estimate it will be an hour), and the most recent trip (today) led me to write a review.

On Friday I got a mani/pedi, and my mani I decided to go short and just to gel to give my nails a break from the long dip I'd been doing. Yesterday I noticed some cracking in my pointer and thumb since I use them the most and my nails (that are naturally very strong) have become thinner from the sanding after dips. I called and asked if I could get another coat added and Kimmy did so much more.

She fully removed the polish on the nails I use the most and added a gel builder for thickness before redoing them. She also buffed down all other nails top coat and added an extra layer plus top coat so everything was solid. Touched up perfectly with a file and cuticle oil - she does SUCH a good job and actually genuinely cares that you love your nails. Oh and she refused to let me pay her for this incredible touch up. 5/5 Stars for Organic Nails and Kimmy :)

This has been my go to nail salon for a while because its close, they do a fair job, and I like that they have a punch card. Today was not my best experience though. Got a gel manicure and noticed that the tech grazed my skin while filing my nails but didn't think it was a big deal until I got home and realized the cut was fairly deep and bleeding :/ I also didn't realize until it was time to pay that they did Gel X (i think) without asking me and it was $50. Probably won't be coming back for a while

They used to be my go too but now it's always chaos, it was like the 3rd time I had asked for mani pedi, the mani never comes. I'm not sure what the issue is, new owners or what but pedi is t as great anymore. Worth the drive to Laguna to beautiful nail. I just can't keep hoping the service changes

Booking online very easy. Hannah did a great job on my acrylic fill and gel color. Everyone was very friendly.

Nothing is necessarily awful but there's nothing fantastic. I personally would not return here as it is (in my opinion) worse than your generic happy nails. It has a different name and 'unique' interior with the upped price but the extremes between good and bad don't make the risk worth it.

They play no music so it's silence, machinery or the mail technicians talking among themselves. The televisions also do not work so bring some headphones.

I believe the quality is 100% based upon which nail tech you get which is typically standard at nail salons however here it's either amazing or far less then. I saw two women here get two separate nail techs who did amazing work however I was in a group of four and 2 of the four had awful nails and a very painful experience, one had okay nails but a nice experience and the final got his feet scrubbed with no complaints. One girl I was with was being burned by the electric file so she got a free hand massage however her nails are also textured (I will include a picture).

Prior to going in I had very nice, long natural nails (even the nail tech thought they were fake and asked if I wanted a new set). I asked for a baby French tip, to keep my nails long, and rounded nail when trimmed. I got nails chopped to the base immediately without being asked (where your nerves are felt under the nail bed and you can see your finger under the nail) which are uneven and packed full of debris the nail tech didn't remove and I had to pick at myself after she had walked away. The nails edges are unprotected and I could slip a credit card between my nail and the dip. When they cut them square some aren't even cut straight. My cuticles were shaved off with the electric file used for fake nails (very painful).

Overall I would not return. I think the extreme differences in service are not worth the gamble. Although a couple are good the few that are bad make this location not worth it. Ocean Ranch happy nails have given me a better experience every single time. I'm not saying they're awful I just didn't receive anything I had asked for.

I will not return. Kelly cut 3 of my fingers, I asked to have a little cut and she cut quite a lot off, left my cuticles with little pieces sticking up, no hand massage.
Overall not a pleasant experience and I will not return.

My favorite nail salon! I frequently get paired with Hana and she always does an amazing job at my gel x and pedicures! Though all the women here are great! Everyone is so friendly, it's a clean salon. I tell all my clients to go here and I can't recommend it enough.

I've been going to Organic Nail Lounge for almost a year, and I absolutely love the place! Everyone is always super nice. I get dip nail fills by Lindsey and she does an awesome job. I've never had any problems with chipping or lifting nails. I usually have them done every 2 1/2 weeks. They would last longer but my nails grow too fast.

Had a good experience with my daughter. We both got pedicures done. It was my daughter's first pedi, she was really excited and had a good time. It felt clean and comfortable. Minor imperfections on my nail color, nothing major.

The first service was done a couple weeks ago but waited to write a review. Not only has my gel chipped on my toes already but somehow my toenails are paper thin.
I'm guessing when she took off my previous gel, she shaved too much down and now my toenails are bending. Keep in mind, I have always had really strong and thick toenails.
The second incident was just uncomfortable and happened maybe a week after the first one.
I had come in to get my gel builder off my nails. The lady that was assigned to me seemed in a rush. I tried to tell her that She left a lot of gel still stuck to my nails. After several times of being asked if "that is better?" I agreed and asked her to give me a file so I could do it at home. I still paid the full service and was asked to tip on top of it
