Oriental Rug Cleaning Plant

It might be hard to tell from the shadows, but there was a significant area of dirt on this white area rug before it was cleaned. Over $2000 from restoration hardware saved by this company. There is still a slight area of discoloration, but I truly thought I was going to have to throw this rug away. So thankful for you guys.

I as SO delighted with the service & results. they made it so easy. the man i spoke with on the phone was very friendly, quoted me a price, and sent a couple of employees out to pick up my 2 rugs. the guys who collected, and returned, the rugs were also very friendly, very professional!
my rugs were returned to me bright, clean and like brand new!
prices are rather fair and only $25 for pick up & delivery! other places i checked out wanted me to pick up & deliver the rugs to them.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and will use them again with any future rugs i need cleaned!

Cant say enough about the service and results! I'd purchased an older oriental rug at an estate sale and it smelled like 50 years of use. It now looks amazing in our house and smells clean and fresh - it did require two washings to meet their odor free promise and I was kept updated the whole time. Fast, efficient, pick up and delivery - would use again and highly recommned!

We recently had 3 area carpets cleaned. Pickup and delivery was very efficient and professional. The rugs were returned looking like "almost" new (all of the rugs are at least 12 years old!) We have two other carpets that we will be sending there soon. I appreciated the service, communication and reasonable cost of ORCP, and I don't hesitate to recommend their services.

Nice attempt at recovery. You didn't provide service because your customer service was terrible. I found a competitor who actually knew what they were doing and could answer my questions. That's why they got my business and you did not.

They did a good job on my Morrocan rug. My dog had an accident on the hunter green design which caused major fading. He cleaned it and almost all the color came back. Rug looks almost new.

I've been dealing with JR this past year. This company has cleaned 7 of my area rugs to date. I have animals and some accidents from my old dog.
The rugs have all come out beautifully. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism.
