Our Hope is new thrift store on the rise. The difference that sets us apart from others is that we strive for perfection, excellence, and #GoodVibesOnly with customer service performance. From home decor, clothing, and miscellaneous items; across the board you can expect nothing but well kept gently used items in wonderful conditions. Our Hope's main goal is to see a smile after every purchase while providing a training facilitiy for autism kids to get them ready for a job in the workforce. Another main goal is to help support military families with sentimental assistance and mental health issues when spouses are deployed.

Maggie M.Baton Rouge, LA01Dec 7, 2020First to ReviewCan I give them a ZERO? The customer service was worse than bad, it was uncomfortable. Inexcusably rude for no reason. I even gave them benefit of the doubt at first thinking everyone has a bad day but it persisted. I watched the manager harass a young man there who was made so uncomfortable that he left. I asked him what happened and he said when he told them that he needed to take pictures to get someone's opinion on buying something that cost $40 ( a big buy for some people) they accused him of being from another store and spying??!
