Paddy's Tavern

Yeah, this pub really didn't impress me all that much. Then again, it is a railway pub, sort on, probably more like a bar that happens to be located in a shopping strip. It isn't particularly big, and the beer selection isn't particularly great either. Mind you, when I was here it was actually pretty crowded, though I did find a seat. However, yeah, I wasn't really impressed with it.

Food servings are large.
Be prepared to eat when ordering up your favorites.
I had the parmigiana which was not deep fried, vegetables and mashed potato.
Sometimes a simple hearty meal hits the spot!

Located in a quiet strip of shops in a rather quiet suburb, Paddy's Bar is a nice little local pub that gives an alternative to the few restaurants nearby.

When I say little, I mean that the Op Shop next door is actually bigger than this pub, however that doesn't stop local from heading in to grab a bite, a pint, or both.

Serving "Irish & Australian" Pub grub, and with what you'd expect to find at an Irish Pub on tap, Paddy's also host love music, and can get quite jovial on a weekend evening when the regulars are out in force.

Only been here once for a drink but really hope to be back soon so I can check out some of the nights they have on.

The ladies who run the pub are very nice. I also had a look at the menu which seemed good.

Cold beers at reasonable prices, not RSL cheap, in a local shopping village. Ferntree Gully doesn't have that many nice pubs but this one is!

A nice hidden quite irish tavern nice bar staff friendly patrons have bands on friday and saturday nights something to just chill or have a boogie to. Awesome meals also. Check it out.

A great little pub with a nice atmosphere. The meals are great and the beer selection is ok. They're one of the few venues left that have live music which is excellent! The fireplace in winter is very much appreciated too.
