Paint Boss Auto Reconditioning

I went here to get a paint repair that I was sure it was going to cost me 100s and hours of time. The owner took a look and fixed it on the spot. 30 minutes later I was on the road with a perfectly restored car.

I went in for a quote for rust repair on my F-150. Someone who I assumed worked there took down a bunch of information and pictures. He said he had to talk to someone else for a quote and assured me that someone would call me the next day. I waited 2 weeks and no one ever called me. Then they have the nerve to say that they receive multiple quotes per week and if I wanted one any sooner I should have called. It takes over 2 weeks for a quote? Very unprofessional, but I am glad I got this red flag. If they can't properly handle a simple quote they certainly wouldn't be able to handle the repair on my truck. Stay far away from this place. We have had three great experiences with Dom at Paint Boss. Everything was seem-less as far as the insurance and rental car. In addition to the main body work, he repaired, complimentary two door dings. When we picked up the car today, not only was it freshly washed, the interior was vacuumed out to almost give us the new car feeling!

My 2009 Infinity had damage to the rear right quarter panel and rear bumper. I got quotes from several reputable body shops in the area. Dom explained exactly what would be done and how the techniques and materials they used differed from other body shops and was superior. The finished product was excellent - the damage and the new paint were imperceptible. They even buffed out some minor scratches. Best of all, the cost was hundreds less than others had quoted. They have a customer for life, particularly since they offer a Lifetime guarantee on their work.

I can't say enough about Dom and his Paint Boss team. I needed some rust work done to make my car "pretty" for my daughter. He was upfront and honest about what needed done and when a little extra work was needed, no cost was added. They are SUPER reasonably priced! They've got a lifetime customer here...

I had significant damage from a pothole but Dom and his crew did a very good job on my vehicle. Professional and repairs were finished as promised. Had a long scratch down to the paint and it was done beautifully. If I have the misfortune to have anymore auto damage, I would definitely be back.
