Palm Nails

Clean, bright nail salon with very friendly and helpful staff. They clearly have many repeat customers, which we noted as we were getting our manicure and pedicure. They were particularly kind to our two daughters. Will definitely return when we are in town again.

This is my absolute very favorite nail salon, in fact it's my only nail salon Bin and Jane treat you like family. Howard and Autumn give the best pedicures and Cindy does great nail designs and ombré nails. The music is always going and something good on the TV. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Call and make an appointment, as they are usually too busy for walk-ins. My daughter is away at college, but will only have her nails done when she comes home. You will love them as much as we do!

The person trimming my toe nails was in a big hurry. Cut my nail too short and caused it to bleed.

The nails are cheaply made and terrible quality.There is no care to actually doing great nails and you are left being overcharged for mediocre work that lasts only a few days due to being applied poorly and thinly. And especially for what they charge. Also when i called the manager or man who answered was very rude and had 0 customer service skills being very fast and petty when simply asking to come in and if they were busy. If you want good acrylic nails don't come here

1st time at Palm Nails. Was visiting the area and decided to visit based on the reviews. Really happy with the customer service and the experience! The owner was kind and humorous and made me feel welcome. Kevin was the gentleman who worked on my nails and he was kind and attentive. Kevin did a great job shaping my nails redoing my dip layer. I would absolutely go here again when in the area! The shop was also very clean and relaxing, and the other customers were friendly as well. Great salon with great people. Thank you!

Wonderful nail technicians, friendly atmosphere and very clean salon! My manicurist of choice is Cindy! Very talented and does a great mani, pedi!

I have never been to a nail salon in which the owner completely embarrassed an unsatisfied customer. I called Bin two days after my nail appointment because I was very dissatisfied with my nails, and I realized I could not bear to continue having nails I was unsatisfied with. He said "no problem come in and we will change for you." I was embarrassed as is to go back (something I've never done because I hate to be that person) but his answer assured me he would take care of me. I walked into a very busy nail salon and Bin asked to see my nails. I pointed out the uneven and bleeding lines on my oval French tip and he said "what." Bin was very clearly annoyed that I was there. The conversation continued with me trying to convince him that my nails were very clearly not what they should be, and him invalidating and mocking my complaint very loudly in front of the client filled salon.

I walked into this nail salon with understanding there was a potential that they would charge me for a repainting but did not at all expect the kind of treatment that Bin gave me. His wife, I believe, took a look at my nails and informed me that it is very difficult to get the polish to be straight on gel nails. This is understandable, and I really wish I would have spoken with her to begin with instead of her egoistic husband who was offended that I dare question the work of his employee. Treat people better Bin. Giving someone a beer during their appointment doesn't make up for your lack of human decency.

The atmosphere was so positive and Guapo at the front was so kind and attentive. Kevin did my nails and he did an amazing job. He was so professional and my nails came out beautiful. I will def be returning and recommending friends and family. Thanks again

This is hands down my favorite nail shop in the desert ! I have gotten countless pedicures from different workers each time and have never left unsatisfied. The people here are all so nice and organized it makes it such a wonderful relaxing experience for everyone. I recommend Palm nails to anyone !!
