Nails break off very easily i've had to come back three times since i got my nails done and they're still fresh. I got a fresh full set the next day had to come back to get one nail fixed later on that day three more broke that same day ! had to go back to get them fixed the next day, later on that same day another one broke so i went back the next day and got it fixed. this will be my last time coming to this place because it just don't make no sense its like i wasted my money then they wanna charge me every time when it's not my fault they are popping off so easily. i can't even wash up without being cautious of another one popping off .

The gentleman who used to work here is why I went here but he is no longer there so I'm a little sad ): but other than that, the gentleman provided me with the best service! I loved my pedicure!!! I advise everyone to give this place a try to see if it fits you! I'm very picky with how my toes are done!

Palm nails is located in a little strip mall. There is a good amount of parking. Does not seem like parking would be an issue.

This was the first time to this nail salon. Think I arrived there at just the right time as I got seated right away. A few minutes later, more people came in and had to wait a bit. The staff seemed nice. More on the quiet side. Had some old school music playing in the background which was cool. They had a few spa pedicure seats and manicure stations.

This visit was for a pedicure. Got seated in one of the spa massage chairs. They have books of nail polish colors that you can choose from. There was a good selection of colors. Just got the basic pedicure and added on the callus remover. For the callus remover, she scrubbed extra hard. Not enough to hurt, but close to it.

I did not inspect the finished product too closely before leaving. But, afterwards, noticed that the polish color was slightly lighter and did not have the shimmer like the polish that was selected. However, that's my fault as she did ask me if the color was OK. Also noticed a spot on one nail and noticeable brush strokes in the nail polish. Not bad enough got me to go back and ask to get it fixed. But, definitely far from perfect.

Overall, this place is average. Not bad and not great. But, a quick place to stop by and get the job done.

For about 5 years I Used to drive 13 miles to get my manicure from Vivian. She was so detailed and the sweetest person there. Right in the middle of covid I was told Vivian left to the Philippines on vacation. I waited for 3 month but she never came back. Anyone know what really happened to her, Maybe have a phone number or know where to find her. She was the only reason why I drove so far for a manicure. Truly Vivian was the BEST nail tech I've ever had.

No social distancing enforced whatsoever. The wait time runs from 20-40 mins . If you call ahead of time the lady will tell you their is no wait time . Location gets very packed , no empty seats .


I went for a pedicure & got French tip . The guy who was attending me was really fast . He also hurt me twice as he cut my nail to short and continued to try and cut them until I told him twice to stop .

Prices for a pedicure are very decent and affordable . If you request designs or gel it's an additional fee.

Only bad thing is it's in a shared parking lot & it's a really small nail salon with no social distancing or temperature checks.

I called them at 9am to ask if I can get a pedicure. I told them anytime was fine but just let me know so I can fit it into my schedule. They said come in at 930 to start. I get there at 925 it's now 10:15 am and not single person is even close to ready to get my pedicure. I have been waiting almost a whole hour.. Such a waste of my time, it's just disrespectful as hell.

Learn to run your business better. It's so crazy to me how they don't respect your time.

was in a jam, needed my nails to be did.
i did a walk in around 10 am

came in for a mani/pedi....
after the mani i cancelled the pedi, paid and left.

she used dirty tools on my nails
same buffer pad that was obviously old and used before

the next day my nail beds were already splintering.

i would not recommend this nail salon
from what i witnessed it was not a very clean facility
they reuse dirty files and buffers on clients
and got the nerve to be expensive

This is definitely not a place to come for a quicky. It took a little over 45mins for a refill. At first my lady was super friendly and nice, then she got a little on the rude side and hurt some of my fingers. At the end though, I must say she did a great job and I was happy with my nails.

My friend on the other hand, who was here to get her nails done for her bday ended up not so happy. One of her nails actually broke less than an hour after we left the shop. she wanted her nails all yellow but the ladies kept pressuring her to add little designs. Her yellow nails ended up looking good on color as we left but the design was not the best at all. I mean look at the pictures and judge for yourself.

Overall, she went back to get her nails fixed because even the yellow got choppy. We will not be going back because we spent almost $70 bucks here. I believe we deserve better for that price, at least on the attitude.

Very nice people. Hard working. Does a very good job. Used them for more than 10 years when I lived in San Diego. Decided to stop by to fix my nails while visiting.
