Great place. Could not get them by phone so I went to their office. The office staff was leaving and they opened back up for me and made an appointment for me the next day.

The dentist was very experienced and was extremely thorough. Explain all the options and I was completely informed. I have had many dentists in my life and I would highly recommend this one.

This business has been closed for 2 weeks without notice, and they still have items that I paid for, which are essentially being held hostage with no way to retrieve them or contact them. Call me back immediately.

Just wanted to follow up as I was seen by Dr. Jorgensen as Dr. Guzak's practice is closed. The quality of care and understanding of the situation with regard to completing unfinished work was exceptional. It's not a great situation but Dr. Jorgensen and his staff help a great deal.

Don't bother. Dr. Guzak used to be great. Now, he couldn't care less about taking care of his patients, or his staff. He prepped me for a crown and promised it would be around 2 weeks. We are entering week 5, and his phone system doesn't work. You are lucky if someone answers, otherwise it says to leave a message, but the voice mail sometimes says it is full and other times says it is not set up. While prepping me for the crown, Dr. G began making ignorant political comments, like "Go Brandon." Is this the way to tell patients what your beliefs are? I didn't want to know he was in a cult.
Update: It appears that he may have abandoned his own practice leaving patients with unfinished procedures (crown) and staff without final pay. So disappointing and deceptive.

The office is pretty outdated. I went here when I first moved here and have to say was pretty disappointed. The thing that I found the most peculiar is that they send away for crowns. I had to have a crown and an implant and it took 3 months each time to get them so I had to wear a temporary crown that is usually suppose to be only for a week or two at most which constantly keep coming off. I obviously have since found a different much better dentist

Dr. Guzak gave me a clear explanation of my dental issue and options on how to correct it. I highly recommend Palm Springs Dentistry.

Run, don't walk away from this dentist. Took x-rays that were not readable. Did a horrible job on my cap made me pay out of pocket more than double what Delta dental allowed for the service horrible bedside manner. The office hasn't been updated in 40 years and everything is falling apart. They were dishonest and lied to me several times.

Dr. Guzak was very through during a referral examination. They x-rayed and then Dr. Guzak spent a good amount of time looking at the teeth in question. He found that I had been completely misdiagnosed by a different dental group. What I need is 2 fillings rather than a root canal or a tooth implant. Thank goodness I saw him! Nice technicians there also!

WOW stay away from these guys. They are in it for one thing - Money. Your well being is the least of their concerns. They asked for my check for $1343 while I was in the chair. OMG. I have good insurance but they need the money. I have been yelled at by the receptionist/manager two time. I needed a chipped repaired and I called them & they got me in within 2 hours. All of the other dentists are 2 weeks out; I should of known. It has now been 5 months and have not received my refund on the difference from insurance. CIGNA says they are not returning their calls either. Do yourself a favor and run away from these guys. Mean & greedy is no way to run a business.

Worst and most expensive dentist ever! It cost my husband $1430 for twenty-five minutes of work for what Dr Guzak claimed was for 7 fillings of which there was no drilling, no pain injection and no statement to show what type of work was performed, just a receipt for the $1430.00. I called and asked for a statement and explanation of the type of work he received but have yet to receive it. As far as my treatment goes I was told I needed a crown on the upper right side which I had him replace. He ground down my teeth so much that I now have a problem chewing without biting the inside of my cheek.
NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTIST!
