Papa Tom's Pizza

The people working the front here are super nice. Our pizza was great with plenty of toppings. I love how they have both coke and Pepsi products so everyone in my family is happy with their drinks. Good pricing on pizzas.

The pizza is great. I love supporting a local business. But twice now we have ordered a pizza for pickup and when I show up to pay and pick it up they lost my order and I had to wait another hour to get the pizza I ordered. I love this place but sometimes they don't have it all together there.

We waited over an hour and a half for our 2 pizzas to be cooked. The salad and breadsticks came out after 30 minutes and by the time the pizzas were done we were late for our appointment so we had to ask them just to box them up so we could take them to go. The pizzas were over cooked and the second one just thrown in the box. Very disappointing yet expensive ($95.00) experience. We would not recommend and definitely won't be returning.

The delivery service at this business is horrible. Well, it's great if you'd like to delivery driver to drive around for an hour while you wait. Then after repeatedly saying the address and location of building and surrounding buildings the driver winds up 6 miles away still thinking you're going to want that room temp pie. Nah. I won't be ordering from this establishment again.

Best pizza and relaxed atmosphere! Gluten free options and cauliflower crust. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Took forever to get our food. Our pizza was dry, burned, and awful. I won't be going back.

Hands down the best pizza in East Idaho. Generous toppings, healthy beer pours, and a bunch of vending machines and arcade games to entertain the kiddos. My little lady isn't a fan because she looks at the cleanliness of the kitchen, carpeted flooring, and restrooms, but the pizza parlor I grew up enjoying had a similar 'classic' feel, so it feels like home to this simple fella. The pizza is hands down the best, as can be proved by the lines and busy atmosphere on weekends. Don't pass on this East Idaho classic if in town looking for a good pie. The Garbage Grinder (not sure if it's on the menu) has a bit of everything and is worth a try, as are the other items on the traditional pizza menu. Staff is always friendly to boot.

We called in 2 hours early and order 6 pizza's for take out- not delivery. The lady that took our order didn't give us a grand total. We get there to pick up the pizza and was told our bill came to be more than 100 dollars which now means they will charge us a 18 percent gratuity for there inconvenience which added 19 dollars more to our total. They are punishing customer for spending decent money at their business! I have eaten at papa time for more than 40 years. I will never go back they are robbing their customer! I understand if we was dining in get a gratuity's or even delivery. But not pick. Manager explained that it's on there Facebook menu so we should have know even though they didn't tell us when we ordered on the phone.

Good pizza with plentiful toppings! We loved the pizza once it was finally made... wait times are unacceptable for the number of people in the kitchen relative to the people in the dining room. I have been going to this location for years and I can't understand why their beer cooler is always having issues... beer is cool at best ... nowhere near cold. Papa Tom's is nostalgic for those of us that grew up in Idaho Falls and with a few long overdue tweaks it will remain that way for a long time. The employees are very kind and accommodating although not very speedy. I will be back every time I am in Idaho Falls!!

Terrible and rude phone service. All I wanted to do is put in the order the girl didn't even answer using the name of the business and every question I asked, her answer was short and rude. I feel like she wanted to spit in my pizza before I even hardly spoke to her.
