Pappy's Express Car Wash

I love coming here at least once a week! The staff is so friendly and always having fun. I've never had any issues with staff or managers. Memberships are self explanatory, it pays for its self in 2 visits. I live in the country so you know those bugs need to come off ( bug removal I think is $4). Talk to the attendants and they will work with you on your concerns. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful automatic car wash, with free vacuum and dry towels almost always busy but hardly ever a wait!

Just returned from Pappys Car wash, let just tell you SAVE YOUR MONEY-don't bother with this place. Your actually better off just hosing off your vehicle in your driveway. $18.00 for them to do the same thing and you can get a do nothing teenager to tell you to buy extra stuff. I will never return IF I WANT A car wash I can go to ROCKWALL Carmel car wash. At least they KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.

The employees were really nice to my husband and I, they took the time to explain the different plans and what all comes with it. The prices of the washes and the different memberships are very reasonable. We have been to a couple of the other washes over in Rockwall. You may pay a cheaper price but I'll just say you pay for what you get.

I was actually pleasantly surprised just how good the Dryer works in the actual wash itself. Most places leaves our vehicles with tons of water spots everywhere. When we got done with our wash we pulled over to take a look and it wasn't that bad. Just a bit of water under the side mirrors and the bottom trim of the car.

The line there moves really quick. Its nice to look at being it's a new brick and mortar. We also really appreciate that there isn't tons of water spots all over the building so we don't have to worry about water splashing back up on the car after the wash. Some places are bad about that.

Do not recommend. Bought the 24.00 wash. Did not get bugs off. The shammy dry did not work and they only have a few vacuums, all were full with several parked cars and nobody using them. It was a total waste. Had to go home a clean my car.

I started bringing my car here and have not had any issues with their service. I am on a plan and wash my car a few times a week.

We have a membership on two cars and have been thru a couple hundred times. We've always had a really good experience with the quality of the wash and with the employees there. We've never had any issues and we really like the vacuums there. Really looking forward to the haunted tunnel again this year too!

First time in Royse City and after seeing the reviews I was hesitant but had to clean my vehicle. I was not disappointed.. they sprayed down my car prior entering... and it was a quick was and it did the trick! It didn't damage my car and enjoy the free vacuums!

I really enjoyed using this car wash since it opened in Royse City. I have gone through the car wash a dozen or more times and have always been pleased with the outcome of my vehicle.
This last time I went I asked the young lady to remove my antenna which she attempted to do. I even tried to assist. She explained she had pliers and would get it not to worry about it. The young lady struggled to get the antenna off and after several minutes of fidgeting with the antenna I told her not to worry about it. She apologized and I said it was fine thank you for trying. We went through the car wash and instantly at the first set of brushes in the cleaning tunnel, I heard a very loud sound and I honked twice to get the lady attention but it didn't work. When I pulled out of the wash and went to vacuum and dry my vehicle. I noticed my antenna was ripped off the side of my vehicle. As I looked closer I saw the antenna drug all down the passenger side of my vehicle which you can only imagine caused some damage. I went to speak with the young lady and told her to stop the tunnel as a pickup truck had gone in after me. My goal was that two vehicle would not be damaged. The lady went into the tunnel and found my antenna which was damaged. No big deal I can get another one.
The manager Alan came out to take an incident report and informed me they do not fix antennas. I explained to him I have gone through this car wash a dozen times and never had issues. The only thing that makes sense is that the young lady loosened the antenna enough and because she didn't Re-tighten it, it was ripped off. Negligent on her behalf but I was very understanding as I know things happen and plus she was just a young kid. Well a little later I receive a call from Alan and missed the call so he left a voice message advising they reviewed camera footage and determined everything was working properly with their equipment which was never a question. The issue was that she did not Re-tighten the antenna and left it lose enough that it caused the brushes/ equipment to rip off said antenna and cracked the metal
Mount/ bracket where the base of the antenna screws in and damaged my paint and my antenna. Pieces of paint chipped off and lots of scratches down the side of my vehicle.
When I attempted to call Alan back I left a voice message asking him to call and explain as the voice message he left was really choppy and hard to understand. (Poor connection I assume). I received a call back the next day and Alan proceeds to say this was my fault because I had tried to help the young lady and I had rubber ducks in my antenna so that is what caused the issue. I again reiterated that I have gone through the car wash a dozen or more times and never had this issue. I asked for his name so I could file a Police report which he refused beyond staying his name was Alan. I asked for the young lady's name who loosened the antenna and was refused that information also. Needless to say I will not use this business any more and I caution others who plan on using this business for the vehicle as even if they are to blame, they will not accept responsibility. It's unfortunate because I really like to run my vehicle through often to keep it clean.

I have a 100quart cooler in the back full of ice, they say they can't use the blowers to dry the truck cuz it will blow out... water marks all over my truck don't come off, I have a membership here. Also I can go thru this wash 2 times an still not be clean. I have a brand new truck that stays clean, it should not struggle to wash my already clean truck... been told I can't drive thru cuz I have a cooler or a small step ladder that will not blow out of the truck from their blowers an neither will a 60lb pack of shingles. They will Denise you to go thru sometimes if there is anything in your truck so get a cover or take everything g out of your not getting the full service. They will cut it short on you.
