Paradise Beauty Salon and Spa

I love this place for facials. In fact it's the best place I've ever gotten a facial at. They do all the extra niceties that just make you feel so special like give your feet, hands, neck, and head and nice little massage. Liz is the best! Every time I come to Kauai I make sure to come to Paradise Beauty Salon and Spa. It really is the best!

Got a basic pedicure,and am very happy with the results! Everyone was very nice, and the appointment process was not a hassle, and Alyssa, the manicurist that I had was friendly and amiable 10/10

Ask for Tasha! This was the best Brazilian wax session I've ever had, and Tasha makes you feel comfortable through the whole experience. Very kind staff and friendly regulars. I wish this salon was back home. Thank you for making my day!

Made a new friend in Kauai! I was a walk in wanting a haircut and was greeted by Amanda on the spot. Timing worked out, and she got me in for an appointment within minutes. So chill and kind enough to share her Kauai story with me. Also, probably one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. Thanks so much Amanda!

I met with Liz the owner and it was the worst nail manicure ever. As a seasoned professional, I thought she would excel at cuticle care at how many layers to add to shellac polish. I ever told her this was for my wedding. Instead, I got uneven colors and no cuticle trims. I told her this and she said she didn't have time to redo but blamed me for chewing on my nails. Don't go if you want a hack job!

I was in Princeville, but made an appointment for this Salon all the way in Kapaa, as it was the only place with availability for my dates. My makeup and hairstyle session was scheduled at 3pm. I got delayed a bit and reached by 3.05pm. I informed the reception that I had a sunset family photoshoot scheduled in Hanalei bay at 6pm, but they still made me wait 40 mins and started by only 3.45pm. This delayed everything for me, we couldn't start photoshoot on time and lost our opportunity to take some great pictures. When I checked in to the Salon, the stylist was just getting started with another client for a haircut session. I don't know how they could do that - have two appointments start at same time? This is gross miss management on the Salon's part and I regret choosing this place!

The stylist was very friendly, did a good job with makeup and hairstyle. But somehow there was no hairstyle left, by the time reached the beach! May be she should have used some setting spray or something, I don't know!

This salon is by far my favorite on the East Side of Kauai. The ambiance is beautiful. The owner is a sweetheart who has owned and operated it for over 25 yrs, and has kept up with the times offering a wide variety of your beauty and spa needs, that they execute beautifully. Everyone working in there is attentive, kind, and really good at what they do. If you like a nice, natural looking balayage, they have masters of the art working there. Hair stylist Amanda who works there has given me the best balayages ever and really listens to you and what you want. Thank you ladies of Paradise Beauty Salon and Spa for your excellent work and caring way of doing things to perfection.

I went to get the Brazilian Blowout. Alyssa was friendly, professional, and did a great job. The salon is neat and clean. I highly recommend!
