Update: I've stopped going as i was getting charged differently for the same service depending who was working. And was also told i was getting SNS and was charged for SNS as the tech did acrylic on my nails. I questioned it multiple times only to be told it "was SNS" each time. I've moved to another salon in town.

I would respectfully suggest another salon. You are charged different prices regardless of what the book says. The techs simply disregard if you have any pain from their work. If you do decide to come here, be weary of who does your nails because they hire randoms who know nothing about this service and will still charge you full price!!

Plan to spend at least an hour for hands or two for hands and toes. Best option is to set and appointment for early in the day if possible. They do a great job and I'm happy with my nails (SMS) and toes with gel polish.

This was my second time coming to paradise nails and I will not be going back. My first experience consisted of a full set and pedicure. My full set was okay, although a few of my nails were uneven, but the pedicure looked as if they put no paint on my toes at all. 2 weeks later I come back for a fill in (45 min wait) and it looks like I have 2 nails on one finger. My nails are almost a half inch thick and very uncomfortable. Not only that but my nails were supposed to be white with gold flake, and they are completely gold. Only reason i'm giving 2 stars is because my nail tech was relatively nice. I've included a picture of my "fill in" that looks and feels like 2 separate nails on my finger.

I believe this spa is now under new management as they used to be known as Elegant Nails & Spa. I got gel nails and they did not last two weeks. Before, I could get these and they would last at least three weeks.

After telling this to some friends, they shared similar experiences. Nails not being painted all of the way, nails chipping, nails falling off, etc.

I'm hoping with time they will be able to run smoother.

I was in town visiting family and decided to stop here get a pedicure. First of all this place is under new management. I miss the old place!! Elegant nails was the name. Customer service is not what it use to be....not friendly....very sloppy work. I had to get on the guy doing my pedicure several times for doing sloppy work....he hardly even gave me a massage....his painting on my toes was horrible had to ask him several times to fix this and fix that!!! Kept asking me did I want nails....eyebrows..etc. I came in here to get a pedicure...don't bug me....if I wanted the other options I would have told you. Money hungry business and not paying attention to their customers and customer service!!!! Also the guy gave himself a $2 dollar tip. The pedicure stated $23 on the price list! I got charged $25. I didn't say anything because I didn't pay much attention to it until I got home. SMH ‍ I will not be back here!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone! Go elsewhere! SMH ‍

Got my nails done with QT several times. Was a great experience. One day I made an appointment and he left without calling me to cancel. The people there were so rude it was embarrassing. I got my nails done anyway because I had MY WEDDING to go to that weekend. My finger nails are still, 4 months later, to pieces. They're falling apart. They're so thin and paper-like that they're painful. And my toes? I now have a fungal infection. Please, never go here. It was so bad I don't wish it on my worst enemy. I'll be dealing with these problems for a long time.

My last trip today..I have been there many times in the past but the knowledge, technique and service is less than amateur even for Danville. Don't waste your money do your own pedi JS.

very unprofessional. waited an hour and a half for a pedicure. very rough on me and my moms feet. do not recommend. only reason why i gave this business 3 stars is because the place looks good. has glass chandeliers and golden trim around the walls.

prices: costed $62 for two pedicures. one was a deluxe and one was normal. regular was $25 and deluxe was $37

service: was ok. like i said they were rough. they took quick for me. 15 minutes i'd say. my moms took about 30 minutes.

Great experience for a pedicure. Salon is clean, organized, and COVID-safe. I've been seen quickly as a walk-in on most occasions and staff is friendly. Services are completed thoroughly with a high attention to detail. Highly recommend for nail services in Danville.
