Paradise Tires and Wheels

I'm in shock that I'm leaving the first review, as they've been around for years. They came here after the Paradise fire in 2018. They are so far the most reliable auto shop I've ever been to. They don't just do tires. They do pretty much everything except for anything related to transmission or oil changes. I have gotten some of the most amazing deals here ever and have to go here multiple times a year because this whole area seems to be riddled with nails and screws in the road, and my tires are constantly picking them up and losing air and they patch them up for free every time even if it takes them 30 minutes. I just love these guys!

Amazing service and fair priced!!! What would've cost me 1,500$ at a big name company, cost me half that. I was spoken to in an honest and direct matter, answering all my questions and concerns. Car ready for a 10 hour trip. Definitely one of the better experiences at a tire shop.

My husband and I were on our way back from San Fransisco to Washington when our tire got a hole in it, we found this place on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to patch up our tire quick and fast, we were able to get back on the road in no time.

Quick service in & out. Slashed our tire somehow driving up the 5 from LA to Washington. Stopped in here without calling on a Sunday afternoon around 1; they changed our tire for a reasonable price, efficient timing, friendly service. Highly recommend!

Zero. I wouldn't give them a tenth of a star. I paid $1600 for tires and alignment. They said that my vehicle couldn't be aligned because of bad ball joints. I had my vehicle inspected 4 days later at Redding wheel and brake. All parts passed with flying colors, especially because they were only 4 months old or so. I had replaced all front end parts myself. The tires they sold me were bad. They were out of shape to a point that it was impossible to properly align my vehicle. Not only that but the tires are just a poor design and have little thin slices in the tread that get packed full of gravel making them impossible to stay balanced. I have spent over a year bringing my vehicle back to them only to be lied to. The tires are so out of shape that you could visibly see how out of shape they were only to come back complaining for about the 14th time or so to have one of the shop guys insinuate violence towards me. I also was told to take the tires to another tire shop and have the Road force ballanced. So after taking Time off work and costing more money out of my pocket, I bring them back proving that the tires are bad and then they want to argue and say only one is bad. And then I am just given the run around and they come up with every excuse they can find. I brought these junk tires back within the first couple weeks of them being on my vehicle. It would have been sooner had it not been at Redding wheel and brake for 8 days. These people are rude and only care about themselves and taking your money. They purposely sold me bad tires, knowing that they were out of shape and no good and continued to try and convince me that something else is wrong with my vehicle. The only solution they would come up with is to sell my tires used to someone else so that they can become victims and then sell me another set of tires for a discount... which was a complete joke. Not only are they getting paid back by manufacturer warranty, then they will try to sell me cheap discount tires for they're ridiculous "discount "... but then have the nerve to resell the bad tires at a high price, because they said they need to cover the labor costs. Another lie. They're shop guys are paid 8 hours a day whether they have 80 customers or 2. They're is no extra labor costs involved for them. I work extremely hard for my money and these guys think that they can argue me and yell at me and threaten me and intimidate me. Well I know right from wrong and I will not roll over and just let them burn me out of my hard earned money. If you enjoy getting your money taken from you and lied to and your vehicle damaged because they can't do their job properly and don't care about they're customers, then go ahead and enjoy the service. Also, I was not given the tires that I picked. I asked for All terrain tires and looked at the display and chose them. I later, the next day realized that they put the Rt. Rock terrain tires on my vehicle. And the day I dropped off my vehicle I returned to find my vehicle parked out front with all my windows down and doors unlocked with about 6 grand worth of tools inside the cab and when I went inside there was nobody at the front counter and I had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to the front. Leaving my vehicle unlocked for about 5 hours unattended with my tools inside wasn't exactly something that I appreciate. I have spent over a year now driving a vehicle that violently shakes and wobbles. And these guy obviously could careless. That was a big mistake for them. I did nothing to deserve the horrible treatment and service that they gave me. But when my beautiful girlfriend had issues there, they had no problem fixing the issues for a gorgeous blonde with a nice rack. All I can say is that Karma is a mother@#%$.

I hit a concrete wall in the parking lot down the street, and my tire got a hole in it. I called Paradise and they said bring it in. They helped me immediately! There's a reason why they have 5 stars. New tire and put my rim on too. Only took 15 minutes. Support local and stop here for your tire needs.

Felt a bit of a pull/drag from the back of my Kia Soul. Took the car to Paradise Tires and they showed me that the rotor was damaged. They fixed the rotor, and replaced the back brakes. The job was done within an hour! The work was excellent, and affordable.

Great prices, great selection, great service. They offer XD, Hostile, LRG, Fuel brands of wheels plus Toyo tires. If you have a truck and need wheels and tires that will be in stock when you want them, then you need to try this place. I came in found the XD wheels I wanted, plus the Toyo Open Country mud tires to fit them. They also do leveling kits and lifts. Was in and out with no quibbling at a price WAY below the price I'd been quoted in other places. They got to work in a couple of minutes and the whole thing was done quickly. All my friends have gone here and are very happy.

These guys were incredibly awesome, in the fact they were open on Sunday. Their prices were more than reasonable and their service was outstanding.
