Used to go regularly. Still doubtful as to if I'll be back. My coworkers informed me was possibly overcharged. Online price quoted $23 ended up being charged $46 for manicure before tip.

Updated review. Wasn't given a receipt but did get a reply. Please let me be clear I wasn't ripped off. Just seems confusion over what I scheduled online and that I received the higher priced manicure which I received and did pay for.

I came in to get my nails done with Jenny and she was absolutely fantastic! My nails turned out phenomenal. She was very professional and courteous and I will likely return again for service.

I did the SNS manicure and pedicure combo. I unfortunately booked at their latest time slot but service took well past into closing. Jenny was very courteous and stayed well past closing. She also made sure my nails were to my liking!

Even though the close at 8 they let me schedule an appointment at 7:30 because it was convenient for me. I was out of there by 8. Ryan was nice and did a great job. The pricing is very affordable as well.
Update: I went here again quickly after work and I had Sam. He did a great job with what he had to work with. My nails are so weak and they were so short but he made them look great. And he was very gentle as well, especially since one nail is so painful. Props to him for turning my mess of nails into something pretty.

Ryan was awesome! I am always hesitant to go to a new nail salon. However, Passion Nails is close to home so I thought I would give it a go and I am very pleased.

Ryan was very precise and paid close attention to detail. He even stayed past closing time to finish my nails and did not rush at all!

I will definitely be returning.

Bad experience. I had acrylic nails put on, and they were so thick, crooked, and looked like they were going up in the air I had to ask to have them fixed. The cost was $65 plus tip. No hand lotion, oils, hand massage. It was just nails and polish. This picture is the "fixed" outcome. Owner did not apologize, or even come over and take a look or anything. He didn't care of I was a satisfied customer or not. This was my first and last visit.

My nails were amazing. I did a walk in for a full gel set. The color looked a bit different on the display than my nail but it was still super cute

$86 later and nothing is straight from the shape to the design- I also never asked for hearts wanted the gold on every nail just did what they wanted. Won't go back- should not cost 100 when IT WAS A FILL IN- it'd be different if they didn't look like they were cheap.

They do a nice job but watch your wallet. The prices online are deceiving. They charge for a fill in and they charge to shape your nails that are already shaped. They do not tell you about the additional charge until after your nails are done. My nails look nice but there are other salons out there that are upfront about their pricing and you will not leaving you feeling like you were mislead.

This is literally the VERY best nail salon I have ever found. I've lived all over the country and have spent upwards of $200 on a manicure, to go to an Aveda salon for about triple the price and Passion nails does a much better job!! Ryans work is absolutely amazing and so is Jimica's for pedicures. I highly recommended this salon and can't wait until they reopen soon!!! I go at least twice a month.

Ryan invited me back and now my nails are great! I'm glad he wanted to remedy the situation.
