Passions Nail Spa

I went in late Saturday morning. When I walked in, I was greeted and I noticed how clean the salon was. I was happy with the selection of no chip colors. I had a no chip manicure done by the owner Dao. She she was friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with my nails, they came out exactly like I wanted. Thank you!

Luna and Candy were so patient with me and made my nails look amazing!! They have a great color selection and would highly recommend Passions.

New owners -- awesome and so nice! Have been a couple times now-great job! They have redone the shop too!

My service was sub par, but the nail tech who did my nails had a really thick accent, she was a very good listener and patient with me when I didn't understand her. My only issue with the place is that most (if not all) of their products seem old; they only had OPI polish for regular manicures, and all of the jars seemed crusty. It took the woman several tries to open the bottle I chose, first with her hands and then with a clamp (and THEN after pouring acetone all over the handle). I feel like this place could be a lot better since my manicure was good, but maybe it's just the lack of business that explains the old products.


Update: it hasn't even been a full day and my nails messed up; probably because of the old polish.

Stopped in and quoted $28 for a full set of nails Or $35 quick dry..i said I wanted the normal $28 set....when I went to pay they charged $40 ..the reason was the nail polish... I paid and didn't argue but will not go back ....she did a good job but I could have gone somewhere else without the deception

They were nice, but they took so long, and they didn't even cover the whole nail, on of the nails cracked and she didn't fix it, it cracked my natraul nail, and now i have damage on my nail bed, they also filed down my natural nail so much. I feel very let down, they also left my mom soaking her nails for about 40 minutes, and didn't even do the best job. my friend had the same.

My frist visit was good. I love this place, and everything that they made for me was great. I will come back next time.

AVOID at all costs! I would give no stars if possible. I picked a color one shade darker than my toenails and the nail technician changed it. After one coat, I said I did not like it. Then, another woman there started to berate me along with the technician doing my nails. They were intent on telling me I wrong with NO focus on satisfying me as the customer. They refused to change the color and in addition did the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever had, the day before a vacation. Then, had the nerve to charge me. With so much competition these days, I will NEVER chose this nail salon again. Besides the rude staff, the place is outdated and grungy. Worst customer service ever!!

This is a great nail spa!!I went to Sydney nails and I waited 20 minutes and they didn't say anything and I just walked
out and I went to passion and there was no wait and it took them 40 minutes for a no chip and a cute looking pedicure for my daughters andI. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to any of my friends.Also they put and clear and they cleaned up my husbands nails and it help his nails look great.

Just like every salon I have ever been too, you have to find your right girl and get her name! I should take my own advice because I didn't ask for the lady's name but she did a great job. She didn't rush me at all and took her time cleaning my cuticles because I have rather difficult and thick cuticles. It's a smaller mom and pop shop and I really always try to support the smaller businesses. I like to get in and get out because I always have SOMETHING to do which I'm sure everyone can relate to. I saw a sterile autoclave in the back with tools so that makes me pretty happy.
