This place is not any longer open. We attempted to go. Looks like has been closed a long time.

Ignore the fast food category. This place serves great food. They don't make it til you order. Every meal I've had in Italy runs me €30 pax. Pasta here is less than €9. Like the other reviews said, the people who work here are super friendly and will help you navigate the menu that is written in Italian.
How to order:
1. Pick your pasta type
2. Pick the amount of pasta (in grams)
3. Select the sauce
4. Pay
5. Grab a seat upstairs
6. Servers will bring your food to your seat
7. Enjoy!
8. Servers will clear your tableHelpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christina M.Salt Lake City, UT67341Oct 12, 2017
A great spot close to the Pisa Centrale train station with delicious pasta to fuel your walk to the City's main attraction. We tried the fusilli pomodoro and the large size was enough to share.

This place is great, portions big enough to share. The tortellini is outstanding with red sauce

A build-your-own pasta menu is featured. You are given the choice in pasta shape as well as if you prefer box variety or homemade fresh pasta. You can choose your dish size and sauce.
There aren't many reviews for any if the restaurants in Pisa on Yelp so we took a chance coming here. We are pleased we did.
I can see why its a "fast food" place in that its casual, food comes out pretty quickly, maybe ten to fifteen minutes. Not bad at all.
I got the fresh fettuccine with carbonara sauce, it was very good. My husband got penne with arrabiata sauce. He enjoyed it at another, more formal restaurant and wanted it again. This sauce was a lot thinner but the taste was there. Just a different style. Would come back if ever in Pisa again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Blaine B.Los Angeles, CA11917Sep 12, 2015
I was turned off by the 'Fast Food' label, but am I thrilled I put down my glass of haterade. Freshly handmade pastas, beautiful sauce/flavor options, and a cute and clean location, this has definitely become my go-to pasta destination when I visit Pisa. Two of the nicest guys you can hope to meet run the whole thing themselves, from pasta making to cooking to serving to cleaning, they have everything working just right. I had a variation of fusilli pasta called trofie with fresh tomatoes, basil, arugula, and cheeeese and it was so fantastic and exactly what I needed to change a disappointing morning to an awesome day. After some lackluster pasta experiences, this restored my faith in noodles, maybe even in God. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up, delicious spot.

Because of the good recommendations we came here. Paid 16 EUR for 2 Grande plates and 1 small cola. Bolognese was nothing special and the meat was too less. My girlfriend had Pasta con fish (shells) but as seen on the photo there were only 3 shells and a little bit fish extra. The actual problem is that on her dish there was no sauce. I mean we could taste a bit of garlic and peperoncino but almost nothing. Really disappointed and we cannot understand why the ratings are so good. In every German Italian restaurant we made better experience.

Came here for dinner on the way back from the leaning tower to the train. We were the only 2 there (it was a Tuesday) and sat at the bar near the entrance. The chef (Andrea) was the only one there so he took our order, cooked the food (perfectly) and served. He was a native Italian (from Luca) but had s good handle of English and explained the dishes very well. It was a great experience and actually one of the cheaper meals we had in Italy. Will definitely visit if returning to Pisa in the future.

It was okay. There is much better pasta in Pisa. This place seemed like a college standard pasta place. If you decide to go make sure to get the larger portion of pasta and split it between two people. It's cheaper!! The chef was super nice, and very friendly.
