The only legal off-road facility in the Boone, NC area! We welcome Jeeps and other off-road vehicles, and are open year-round. Patriot Mtn Offroad Park is a private facility. Membership is required to utilize the trails. Memberships are renewed annually. * Active military and L.E.O. ride free with paid annual membership * Discounted Member fee for Veterans

Molly W.San Francisco, CA01Oct 1, 2023Patriot Mtn is NOT 'closed' It is very much open on the weekends. The owner is very welcoming and was very helpful with ways to make our trip to the off road park even more enjoyable. We called the day before to make sure our vehicle was suitable and the weather conditions were suitable for riding. The owner was able to assist us with everything from correct tire pressure to which trails better suited our experience levels. Our experience was truly a positive one and we enjoyed the whole day at Patriot Mtn. We will be returning to Patriot Mtn and we will be bringing friends on our next adventure to the mountains of Watauga County.
