Patty's Cleaning Service

I found Patty's Cleaning Service through Nextdoor and Yelp. They had good reviews so I reached out for a one-time, deep cleaning. Her team was great. Patty was responsive and she had 2 staff come to clean my home. They were able to get it done in 3 hours, which was impressive. I would recommend Patty's Cleaning.

My Brother has been using Patty's service for 13 years. This situation is relevant to show the character of the business management. I had never thought the work was thorough or that they spent the amount of time for the price, which is more expensive than what I pay in the City, but it was my Brother's choice. While I was out of the country, my brother had a health crisis and was taken by ambulance to the hospital, he is still there. My first day arriving at his house to manage the situation, I call Patty and find out the cleaners are coming that day. I tell her the situation and she says in an irritated voice it's too late to cancel, there's a 48 hour cancel policy! I was incredulous, I emphasized, he's in the hospital! If he had passed away, would they be over cleaning while we are all in mourning. She insisted, so they came. I had asked them to clean out the refrigerator, and they did, but they threw almost everything out including our breakfast for today and my lunch. What was actually the deciding factor on why we will no longer use the service, after 13 years, she never once asked how my Brother was doing.

I have been using Patty's for over 2 years and I love them. Reliable and thorough. I have not been disappointed once. When CoViD hit, we brought them back as soon as we could after the lockdown and they are completely CoViD compliant - super respectful - masked and gloved. Highly recommend them

Wonderful service and staff (and I'm picky)! Always responsive and flexible with me on schedule changes.
