Sasha R.Hollywood, FL1825Nov 15, 2021They agreed to a 4 hour move out clean showing up anytime from 9 am to 10 am. I asked to shorten the time for them to come at 11 to give us time to move everything around for the cleaning.
Damien argued back and forth me about how they have more valued customers and they can't move a cleaning two hours. I didn't see why it even made a difference considering they would be at our home during the time slot.
Instead of explaining it to me, he agreed to the 11 am and didn't show up. Instead texted me and said the best they can do is 4 so they can accommodate their "regulars". Even told me "Good Luck" finding someone on such short notice. I'm shocked because I would have used them for our new house too. Customer service always matters

Gema P.Miami, FL3611Jun 11, 2021Very dissapointed about the service. They say "deep cleaning" but they do not tell their employees what they are going to do. I have use other companies in the past. And 2-3 hours for me is a regular cleaning that you do every other week. From 9:30 to 12 is not a deep cleaning. I have a lady that is great and she stays more than 4 hours cleaning. After this experience I will never call them again, the owner is very rude and he doesnt comunicate with his staff and he lies to them. I had a really bad experience with this company.

Would definitely use them again.

We are a house of two guys and we just live very busy lives and do not have the time to clean as well as we should. Our house is very disorganized and Gabriella was still wonder woman cleaning and cutting through all of the aggravation and hassle of cleaning it all. The price was more than fair for what she had to do and I WILL be using them again. I can not recommend them enough.
