HA!
Where do I begin?
Not two days after I drive off the lot the check engine light comes on. I hook up my own personal scan tool and discover the o2 sensor was bad. A few days go by and the oil pressure light started coming on and off randomly. THEN a few more days go by and it start making this horrible grinding sound when the acceleration was pressed, but it was random as well and I couldn't pinpoint what made the sound come and go. The next day after that problem THE EXHAUST SNAPS IN HALF on the rear of the vehicle. I had to tie it up and hope they'll be able to fix all these problems, ANGRY that they had the nerve to sell a young girl an unreliable car when they knew her circumstances involved being 9+ hours away from any friends and family.
To make a long story a little shorter, I made my first payment via cash app with text message and app proof that a payment was made so when THE MOTOR BLEW (while I'm 3/5th my way through the Pennsylvania turnpike to try to take it to the only reliable mechanic I know) I call them and had to wait two days to get a reply from Sam. Sam then proceeded to try to say that I NEVER made a payment. I'm 9 hours away from home I'm stranded in Pennsylvania with no way back and I stress this to him that he needs to do something.
He said (and I quote): "Well you never made your payment and it seemed like you were never gonna pay so I'm glad the car broke down and I'm glad your stranded. Have a great day and don't call me again." Then he hung up on me.
I was so shocked that he was so unprofessional and just downright rude that I didn't even have the chance to bring up my argument about making a payment.
The car lasted through 1 FULL payment (bi-weekly setup by the way) and the second one was due in a few days.
So if you really wanna waste money on a POS that isn't gonna last the month then feel free to do business here.
I, however, will let my lawyer speak to them from now on because as grown as Sam is he clearly doesn't know how to act, and he's not worth anymore money or tears that's I've given to that Hell-Hole of a business.
I hope this review has helped make up your mind whether you were thinking about coming here or not.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alisha W.Cincinnati, OH261Dec 28, 2015
Please don't buy from these people. And don't sign the arbitration clause that isn't explained in the paper work. They sell cars that have multiple issues. We drove a vehicle and decided we didn't want it. When asked why we gave a list of issues. We were told they would be fixed so we bought it. Well a week later we picked up our vehicle and the main issue that we wanted fixed , wasn't. So we took it back. They worked on it again. Picked it up and more issues arose. We took it to a mechanic that isn't in favor of Paul's auto and they said there were so many issues with the vehicle that it needs a new engine. Well Pauls wouldn't do anymore work on the vehicle and we are waiting for a call back on what the next legal step would be. If we didn't sign the arbitration clause we could just sue them.

They try to deceive you by acting like the posted prices are what they are asking but in fact they are only down payments . Way overpriced and vehicles in poor condition . The prices posted are what they are worth but not for a down payment !

DON'T BUY FROM THEM these people are shady as hell, they posted a false price online for a vehicle and then claimed it was ''a typo'' when i asked in person about it (i still have the original pages saved as proof)
Then they tried to sell me another car for $500 and after agreeing and wanting to take it for a test drive the guy came back saying ''i couldn't find the keys''
So i came back a hour later to see if they found the keys and when i came back the owner of the lot was there and told me with a attitude he wasn't going to sell me that car for $500 even though his employee told me that was the price he was going to sell it to me before he ''couldn't find the keys'' the owner is a horrible person.
AVOID THIS PLACE.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Maria J.Hamilton, OH165Oct 4, 2015
