I've been a patient for 5+ years. Have always found the team exceptional is every way. Having had bi-annual cleanings and checkups. Invisalign and veneers, I've been extremely pleased with the care, service and results. Highly recommend Dr. Steven and the team!

Dr Steven was amazing! He is patient, always listens to what you have to say and has the utmost concern for his patients. He pays attention to your questions and does not push you to do anything (like most other people in the industry). Always upfront about costs involved and timelines, respectful and very helpful. I could not have asked for a more capable person to take care of the only smile I got. The staff are very kind and professional as well.

Dr Steven helped me not only with Invisalign, but also with veneers to dramatically reshape my smile. The results speak for themselves. I have already recommended him to family and friends. I am forever grateful!

Generally my visits to the dentist are like the Bill Murray/Steve Martin scene from Little Shop of Horrors (1986). However, PDA Dental was an absolutely pleasant experience. I highly recommend.

This review is for the PEDIATRIC DENTIST Dr. Hye In Nam under whose care our 12 year old daughter nearly lost her new adult molar tooth covered by a retainer.
Dr. Nam failed to spot the compromised seal and prevent and extensive decay that took years to develop.
When the retainer was removed and the emergency identified, she refused to see us on her office day, didn't follow-up afterwards and did not respond to the orthodontist's referral. We had to seek help at a different practice.
As a result, we lost trust in the abilities of Dr. Nam and were extremely disappointed by the lack of care and follow-up from the Dr and practice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID THERE!!

Dr. Steven Ritzholtz did fantastic, life changing work for my smile. I was skeptical at first whether Invisalign would even be able to help me as I had a severe case but Dr. Ritholtz guided me professionally throughout the process and I am blown away by the final results.

I am NEVER going to PDA Dental again. After going there for several years, one of the receptionists told me that they had to cancel my appt because I was 15 min late. I understand that its important to be timely but this can happen to anyone! So I told the receptionist, "isn't that within the time limit to honor the appt?" She said, "no, its 10 min." WTH? But I had called at 12:36pm (proof attached) to let you know I was running late and that I was already heading there! First off, I was 100% sure my appt was at 1:00pm and not 12:30pm, but when I saw the text I practically ran from my office to try and get there on time and hence why I called - to be courteous! Also, I never received a confirm email or text prior to that text! I rushed and yet when I got there they said that the only thing they could do was reschedule me for later in the day. I can't just take more time away from work!? Plus there was absolutely NO ONE in the waiting area! This type of customer service is inexcusable. You're treating people like a simple number! No flexibility on your part? Then none on mine either. There are so many other dentists in the area - you just lost a client - I mean a number (and several digits every six months!). But then again, I guess the owner doesn't need the money seeing as how PDA employees treat their clients. One star is too much. SMH!

My best friend told me about PDA Dental because I was thinking about getting invisalign.
I was very happy with my decision as soon as I walked into the office. The receptionist was warm and friendly, the staff was super organized and Dr Steven Ritholtz
did a great job explaining the whole process to me. Fast forward 3 months later and my smile is perfect!
Needless to say, this is now my new dental office

Dr Steven Ritholtz was awesome. I did a treatment for Invisalign and he was there every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the procedures and what I need to do. I even finished ahead of the schedule. Thank you so much PDA.

The worst experience ever. I still have pain. My teeth were damaged and the quality of work was horrible. The dentist that worked on my teeth was uncaring and extremely unprofessional. I couldn't have imagined that my cosmetic procedure which was so expensive would have been so totally screwed up and created permanent damage to my mouth. Avoid this practice.

Just got my retainer today, which means it's the end of my Invisalign experience. My treatment last about 7 months. Dr. Ritholtz is amazing, who makes the process super easy and simple. I love my new smile and my teeth feels healthier. I would recommend whoever is considering Invisalign gives it a try. It maybe an only tiny movement but it's totally worth it.
