As the victim of one of Colorado's hailstorms in 2013, I filed a claim with my insurance, USAA. Extreme winds and hail damaged a portion of my roof and the paint on two sides of my house. I called Peak to Peak and it was only a few weeks before work started. I have always been very skeptical when dealing with contractors, so I was very happy when they did all the negotiating with USAA to get a full replacement roof and my entire house painted as well. They kept track of all paperwork and payments up until the very end. The office staff and Damen were polite and professional.

My roof was upgraded to an impact resistant shingle and when I checked to be sure my insurance premium would not go up because of this, I was happy to find that it actually went down a few dollars. Peak to Peak also worked with USAA to add five roof vents that are now required by city code. I noticed quite a difference last summer as to how much cooler my house stayed. Heat was now able to escape out my roof.

The roofers were fantastic. They were quick, and meticulous with their work and how well they cleaned up. The job only took a couple of days but at night they completely cleaned up as well. When they were done, there was no evidence left behind that they had been there, except my beautiful new roof! Thank you Peak to Peak!

They did our roof through USAA and put our down spouts on wrong it took them weeks to come and so call fix them, wellI it not fixed, in fact the pipe was put in backward and the water is dripping down our drywall. We had to call them to come clean all the nails and debris all over our yard.

After an initial visit, I was told that they would be following up with another visit to inspect my roof and provide an estimate. In fact they never came to do this visit. When I contacted them about this, they didn't bother to call me back. Avoid this company unless you want to be left hanging in the middle of a job!

I was asked to leave a glowing review immediately after roof replacement. I suggest waiting a year and see how you are treated when things go wrong.

We rely on Peak to Peak to care for our historic Denver home. Over the years, they repaired our roof, replaced gutters on our house and garage, and provided full insulation in our attic. From the first call to the final inspection, they are prompt and professional. They provide accurate quotes, deliver on time and do the job right, the first time, every time. We highly recommend them.

Just had my roof replaced and it looks fabulous. They completed it in one day, I have a 2300 sq ft home.
It was a long process to get everything scheduled, which was frustrating, but the quality, integrity and friendliness of the company more than made up for it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Peak to Peak Roofing and Exteriors LLC from the beginning to the time our home owners insurance company fired them we were misinformed by Brian about multiple issues. Brian mislead us for 3 1/2 months before the roofing job was started. The quality of workmanship was horrible. Multiple work items were not completed. They did more damage to the exterior of our home. Not one supervisor or foreman followed up. They left the job site with nails, trash and roofing material all over our property.

I do not recommend this company.

These guys have no morals. Left me hanging with a lot of work on my house to do. They took the insurance money from a hail storm and only fixed the roof. The insurance company paid out more than a fair amount to get all the work done. Now as a single dad I Have to find someone to do all the work (some of which they claimed to have done) and come up with the money to do it.

Peak to Peak has done two roofs for me (hail damage both times). I was satisfied with their work. And they worked with me to assert a claim against a manufacturer that was 'slow rolling' me on taking care of defective roofing materials. My experience...yours may be different. Something I believe is that the homeowner needs to be involved in the details of every aspect of work being done by a contractor. Just that alone will help prevent some problems. And, nobody gets paid until I'm satisfied that the work was done in accordance with the contract/agreement.

We were very pleased with every step of the process to have our roof replaced as well as other repairs. JJ from Peak to Peak met with us and our insurance representative and they agreed to the replacement and repair needs, we signed the paperwork and were on our way.
We were impressed with how quickly the new roof was done. ALL IN ONE DAY! Beginning with the removal of the old roof through the new roof completed. We have also recommended Peak to Peak to several neighbors. Thanks Everyone!
