Super unprofessional. Made us coordinate with a tenant directly to view her listed property. The tenant was beyond impossible. I told my realtor that when people are difficult from the beginning it's going to be difficult throughout the process. I couldn't have been more right.

Viewed her listing on a Thursday night at 4:59 since we were only given a 2 hour window to see the property and I have a job! . Almost immediately submitted an offer. Only to be told she wasn't working the next day for her bday and was having a party.

Not sure what that had to do with submitting an offer the night before.

Deadline was 8 pm Friday and there has been no response all day. She's not answering calls or texts.

Really sorry it's your birthday but it's also my living situation at stake and your sellers pending sale. To completely ignore us and let my offer just expire is beyond unprofessional.

I wish I had the property owners phone number. I doubt they're aware that this sale could be lost.

It takes 2 minutes to respond to a text. It's your responsibility as the listing agent.

I'm beyond mad.
